  Since day 1, we have been super happy with our decision to trust Bon Air KinderCare with our child’s daycare. The staff are professional, kind, and devoted to the children. We know our child is happy, safe, and thriving there - the big smiles we see every day prove that!

  From day one, the love and care here have been truly exceptional. Every teacher and staff member knows our children by name, even if they aren’t in their classroom, which speaks volumes about how attentive and genuinely invested they are in each child’s experience. There’s a new director who is clearly passionate and committed to making this center the best it can possibly be, and that energy shines through every interaction we have with her. Our kids genuinely look forward to going to school every day and we have total peace of mind when we drop them off. It truly feels like a community that cares about our family. We’re incredibly grateful to have found such a nurturing place for our kids!

  Our kiddo has been at Bon Air Kindercare for 1.5 years and she’s thriving. All of her teachers have been so sweet and work to build thoughtful, fun and age-appropriate curriculums. We love the daily updates from teachers and weekly newsletter from the director. A special bonus this year has been some fun activities over the summer like splash days, a smoothie bowl food truck and an exercise-centric fun bus. Any time we’ve had questions or concerns the director and teachers have been incredibly responsive and easy to talk to.

  My family and I had a terrible, scary experience there. It's been a few months since we were there, but I want other parents to be aware so here we are. We had at least 3 reported issues regarding a certain male teacher, over a span of 6 months or so, and the directors did not show or tell us how they were working to improve his soft skills. The issues were involved around how the teacher de-escalated a tantrum or how he interacted with our son; the soft skills were lacking. Each time we sat down with the director or assistant director. Looking back I realized they always defended that teacher, brushing things over, without considering they should monitor him teaching closely and never indicated if they took corrective action or any action. In March 2024, my 4 yr old son told me that same teacher hurt his neck (he demonstrated to us of him being choked). Again, we sat to discuss with the director, who immediately implied my son was lying before we sat down, and she admitted to never talking to our son herself about the incident. No cameras in the classroom, so it was my child's word against the teacher. At that point we filed a police report, realizing this is assault on a defenseless child. It was a long process that took months. The outcome was expected, no evidence to support claim, because there were no cameras and it's a 4 year old's word against a teacher, and THERE WERE NO CAMERAS so this daycare denied everything. I'm not concerned about the outcome, because it didn't stop the need to call the police; it's the principle of it, it had to be done. The point is, no parent should have to experience what we went through. They need cameras in that place. I know my son wasn't lying. A few months after when he could talk better, he told me more about what happened on his own, and it broke my heart. But he is so much happier now and that's what counts, so we can move on. Please, please think twice about going here or any daycare that doesn't have cameras.

  I contacted this Kindercare a month ago to get my baby in this center. By that time, they had availability in August to enroll new infants. They said they would email me a link to do a virtual tour of their facility and to get in their waiting list; however no one emailed me the link. Within the last month I have called several times every week to try to get in their waiting list. No one answers the phone, I have left several voice messages asking to be called back and no one did. Today I called 5 times before someone answered, needless to say, there’s no more availability in August. Other Kindercares are way more responsive. If you can, choose a different location to care for your child.
