  I am writing to formally express my concerns regarding the quality of service and management here at Soapstone. Unfortunately, my experience has not met the standards that were promised or reasonably expected. Over time, I have observed several issues that are concerning, including but not limited to: * Lack of clear communication from management * Unprofessional behavior and poor responsiveness to concerns raised * Inadequate handling of complaints and follow-up * Frequent staff changes and poor organization * Unprofessionalism of speaking poorly to the staff, I have witnessed a multiple occasion, the vulgar language of which the management speaks to her employees. * Whenever I drop off my child, we are early birds there is never any management around to discuss any issues when I pick up in the afternoon it’s a rare occasion where there are sitting in the front and available. * Management doesn’t make the center feel welcoming as other schools or businesses. These issues have caused significant frustration and concern, particularly as they relate to the safety, well-being, and development of the children in your care. I expect daycare management to maintain a safe, respectful, and well-organized environment. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response.

  Dilapidated building, my daughter reported that her teacher consistently yelled at them, i saw no progress in education. And the minute I put in two weeks notice all communication and professionalism stopped. They wouldn't even provide our documents after written, over the phone, and in person requests.

  KinderCare is by far the best childcare center I've had the pleasure of sending my youngest child. I have four children total. The Director is amazing and actively involved with the instruction of the children, the decorating and cleanliness of the center, and creating intuitive and fun activities. My daughter is in PreK and her teachers are on point. The class/teacher ratio is very small which gives a more personal touch to the daily instructions. She is writing her name, identifying shapes and colors, saying her ABCs and can count to 30. They're working on site words and hopefully soon she'll be reading. They also treat my baby girl like the princess she is. I also reinforce all that she learns at home. It takes a village and they are more than pleased to give the parents the tools they need to have continuous instruction at home and at the center. I can go on and on about Soapstone Kindercare. We're going on our second and last year for she will be moving on to Kindergarten. I am more than confident she'll be ready next year.

  The teachers are wonderful and very loving. My two year old daughter loves going to "school". The director and staff are very helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating for our unique childcare needs. We are very grateful.
