  As a parent, I feel disappointed with our experience at this KinderCare location. There are several concerns that made me uncomfortable about keeping my child here. First, the overall environment does not feel as supportive or organized as I expected from a childcare center. I noticed issues with communication and consistency, which are important when you’re trusting others with your child’s wellbeing. Another concern is the quality and variety of snacks provided to the children. As a parent, I expected more nutritious options and a clearer focus on healthy eating habits. There also seems to be a lot of inconsistency in how staff are scheduled and treated. From conversations with teachers, it appears that some experienced staff members are not given as many hours, while new teachers continue to be hired. This creates instability and affects morale among the teachers. The director - Asmita - has caused much chaos and distress in the overall environment for KinderCare and this is very inappropriate for the children as well as the for the working environment of the teachers. A childcare center should feel supportive for both the children and the staff. Unfortunately, that hasn’t been our experience here. I hope management takes parent feedback seriously and works toward creating a healthier, more positive environment for everyone.

  I love the director and staff. I really felt heard when I had concerns regarding my daughter. Mrs. Asmita really took the time to help me understand what was going on, and Maddie's teachers really took the time to work with her on her growth and development. This company has started to turn around, and I highly recommend it!

  ⭐ **1 Star – Serious Safety Concerns** This daycare is completely unacceptable. My child was lost multiple times, and the situation became so serious that CPS had to be involved.That alone should be a deal-breaker for any parent. We were also charged for a summer camp that never happened, with excuses given instead of accountability. To make matters worse, this location has been operating under a provisional license with Virginia DS*, which raises major concerns about ongoing compliance and safety. Do your research before enrolling — your child’s safety should come first. Asmita is a terrible director. And so is the new regional Director.

  Recommend this to everyone. Excellent childcare to send your child. Asmita, the Director is very good and treats everyone with love and care. My child loves to go the classroom when she drops him off. Very polite and professional.

  I don't know what's going on with director Asmita. She is very rude and unprofessional. I went to the center to get some paperwork and I was turned out by her for no reason with no minimum of respect. I'm shocked someone is taking this position with this behavior. Good luck to parents and stuff with this kind of people
