  ​"I’ve had a great experience at Centura College as an HVAC instructor and now as a construction electrician student. The hands-on training in the labs is exactly what I needed to feel confident about entering the workforce. As a business owner, the four day school schedule is a blessing. The instructors Josh, MK, Jack Mike and Ben actually have real-world experience in the fields they teach, which makes a huge difference. I also appreciate the career services team—they are very proactive about helping with resumes and connecting us with local employers. Highly recommend for anyone looking to get their career started quickly!"

  How does the school advertise the use of scholarships to pay for tuition and then chooses when they want to take scholarships away? I tried reaching out to corporate about this matter and I received no help now I’m stuck paying off alone that will take years for the half ass education, I received here. Please do your research and find alternative programs that cost less and are better quality. Do not come here.

  Don’t enroll don’t enroll don’t do it . Medical Assistant program. The department is very unprofessional and feels more like a high school environment — not because of the students, but because of the staff. I’ve witnessed staff gossiping about each other and about students in the hallways, even discussing students’ grades where others can hear. Some instructors talk to students disrespectfully and have even cursed at them. One teacher went as far as threatening to punch a student in the face — completely unacceptable behavior for an educational setting. Instructors also share personal business with students and admit that others are teaching incorrect information. I came here to learn and further my career, but the lack of professionalism in this department makes that very difficult. If you’re serious about your education, I would strongly consider other schools before enrolling here.
