  My toddler has been here for over a year and is thriving. The staff in the infant rooms have been fantastic. The assistant director, Ms. Veronica, is on her A game and always available and helping the staff. She helped us get settled in quickly after we had a terrible first day of care at another facility. We were so grateful she was able to give us a tour with no notice. Seeing the facility without having scheduled a tour ahead of time gave us an invaluable peek at what the day to day is there with out feeling like everything was a pre practiced presentation. The kids here are happy. I have personally only seen one or two tantrums for toddlers getting dropped off. I think I have seen way more children upset that they are being taken home! Special shout out to Ms Dana, Ms Jasia, and Ms. Becky. Dana and Jasia have been fantastic teachers. My toddler reaches for them like family and she has learned so much under their care. Becky has been very accommodating to my child's food allergies and very communicative! I drive 25 minutes out of my way to bring my child here and I would be hard pressed to move my kid to another facility. All the staff genuinely care for the kids. I would definitely recommend this facility.

  Our 4-month-old daughter has made so many strides under the wonderful care of Ms. Dana, Mr. Warner and the rest of the team at KinderCare. I firmly believe she wouldn't be eating solids and crawling like she does now without their support and love for our daughter. Couldn't recommend them enough. Management is also top flight and will go out of their way to interact with our baby girl when they have time out of their schedule.

  My daughter was 3 months when the pandemic began. We kept her home until she was 2 and were very nervous about putting her in preschool. We decided on Kindercare Brandermill and have been happy ever since. For the past 19 months, the staff have gone above and beyond and love our daughter like we do. The teachers are experienced and LOVE what they do. They’ve been amazing in supporting my daughter, who has speech, toileting, and developmental delays. Your child will be in capable, loving hands. I highly recommend.

  My daughter has attended here for about two years. There has always been excellent communication. They really work hard to meet the needs of each individual child. They value safety first. Most importantly my daughter absolutely loves going here! She walks in and out everyday with a huge smile on her face. She has always been smart and they push her to learn more and more. I can't recommend Bandermill Kindercare are enough!

  I can’t possibly say enough about the family of teachers at this center. My family relocated to the brandermill area with no friends or family nearby. My coworker had recommended this center since her girls had been going there for years. Our son was 6 months old when he started in the infant room and the teachers in that room are amazing. They will care for your babies like their own. They are sensitive, attentive, and so talented with children. Everyone is awesome at keeping parents informed about each child, but also the health of the class, especially during cold/flu season. One time, a teacher was very concerned about my son possibly being sick. We reacted quickly and he ended up being diagnosed with a very serious infection. The teachers probably saved his life! The infant program is very popular so they worked to create an infants 2 class to accommodate the children that were beginning to walk. We really appreciated the extra effort to foster a more conducive environment for the babies but also for the teachers since babies require so much attention. It helped them to be even better than at what they do. Once our son moved up to the toddler room, I was so impressed with the curriculum and blown away by how patient the teachers are. They are so understanding and patient with the kids. Toddlers don’t communicate well and they really work with them on helping them to express themselves. During the covid-19 pandemic, our center did close for a time. However, I have to pay the highest compliments and respect to the director and assistant director for working tirelessly to keep all of the parents informed. There were regular phone calls and emails to check in on or family and our child care needs. They worked to get our center reopened for essential workers in the area. I have no idea what our family would have done without all of their efforts to get this accomplished!!! This team of women truly work together to take care of your children. The kids love the teachers and look forward to seeing their teachers and friends each day. If your looking for a warm, caring, educational, and fun environment for your kids- this is it!!
