  My toddler has been here for over a year and is thriving. The staff in the infant rooms have been fantastic. The assistant director, Ms. Veronica, is on her A game and always available and helping the staff. She helped us get settled in quickly after we had a terrible first day of care at another facility. We were so grateful she was able to give us a tour with no notice. Seeing the facility without having scheduled a tour ahead of time gave us an invaluable peek at what the day to day is there with out feeling like everything was a pre practiced presentation. The kids here are happy. I have personally only seen one or two tantrums for toddlers getting dropped off. I think I have seen way more children upset that they are being taken home! Special shout out to Ms Dana, Ms Jasia, and Ms. Becky. Dana and Jasia have been fantastic teachers. My toddler reaches for them like family and she has learned so much under their care. Becky has been very accommodating to my child's food allergies and very communicative! I drive 25 minutes out of my way to bring my child here and I would be hard pressed to move my kid to another facility. All the staff genuinely care for the kids. I would definitely recommend this facility.

  Our 4-month-old daughter has made so many strides under the wonderful care of Ms. Dana, Mr. Warner and the rest of the team at KinderCare. I firmly believe she wouldn't be eating solids and crawling like she does now without their support and love for our daughter. Couldn't recommend them enough. Management is also top flight and will go out of their way to interact with our baby girl when they have time out of their schedule.

  19 months ago, we were scared post-Covid parents who had never put their child in a day care. We knew a day care setting would be good for her, but finding a place was quite difficult. I remember when I called to check on availability, I was told a spot had just recently opened up. We had never toured or even really knew where it was located. I almost immediately said yes and asked how soon she could start. Throughout the entire time she has been there, I have not once questioned that spur-of-the-moment decision. From loving and caring for our sweet girl in some really tough moments to checking-in after hours when she was sick, the staff and teachers are Brandermill Kindercare have always made us feel like family. They greet us each and every day with a smile and I know my daughter is in the best hands when she is there! We love our Brandermill Kindercare family so very much! ♥️

  We started my two daughters here a few months ago and it's been a dream ever since! From the office staff to the teachers to the programs and classrooms, it's all 5-stars! At this location you feel like you're dropping your kid/s off to a loved one's home to be cared for, Monica and her team love these kids like their very own and it shows. The hallways are filled with artwork the children have done and it gives me as a parent joy to see but also a sense of pride for my kids to show us what they've been learning! We receive updates throughout the day and I've never once worried about leaving my kids there in the very capable hands of the team. We've found our daycare home and are happily staying put!

  We foster children here in Chesterfield county. We recently chose Brandermill KinderCare for one of our kiddos (1year old). Their staff was excellent, you can see they really care about the kids there. Also, they were very flexible with our busy schedule. Also, the app they have is great, lots of pictures and updates throughout the day. I would highly recommend this daycare for your kids.
