- AGAmber GJan 31, 20255.0This KinderCare is a caring and loving place for our kids. We have now been part of the family for six months and I couldn’t be happier with the teachers and management. I have three kids at Kingstowne KinderCare so I have experienced classrooms from infant to fours. Transitioning here from another state was hard on my kids but the teachers and staff made sure to take extra care, gave extra hugs and attention until my kids were settled. Now they are learning new things everyday and talk about the fun they’ve had with their friends. So happy we found Kingstowne Kindercare!
- SASusu AddisDec 12, 20241.0This kindergarten was an absolute nightmare. My daughter attended for a month two days a week and it was nothing short of horrific. On her second day I found her covered in vomit after she had thrown up in her nap. No one notice of take care of her. By the time I arrived, the staff was standing there doing nothing to help. The second incident was even worse. She came home with a swollen neck which we ended up going to the ER. On another occasion I found her completely covered dirt and leaves. She looked filthy, neglected and mistreated. When I asked the staff what had happened they dismissed it saying she had been playing outside. This experience has been deeply traumatic for me as a parent, and I can’t imagine the impact on my child. To trust people with your child and witness such negligence is absolutely unacceptable. I hope no family has to endure this nightmare.

I am very happy with the progress she has making at Kingstowne Kindercare, as well as the excellent customer service the staff has provided. The center is open until 6:30 pm which is a godsend for me because I work into the evening.
