  Our kid grows happily here. We want to express our sincere appreciation for Ms. Chantel. We’ve been truly impressed by the way she engages with the children and helps children build peer connections and feel a sense of belonging. She has been the best teacher our child has had, and this center has provided the most positive daycare experience for our family. We also want to recognize Ms. Karla and the entire management team for their efforts in maintaining a lively, organized, and vibrant environment. The variety of activities and enrichment classes offered within the center allow children to learn and have fun in a nurturing setting—all in one place. Most importantly, they help kids build a strong sense of belonging.

  My daughter has been at the Franklin Farm KinderCare since she was about 9 months old. She has now been in two different classrooms, and I can confidently say all the teachers genuinely care for all the children in the center. We came from another center where there was a lot of teacher turnover, but we have yet to experience that at Franklin Farm KinderCare. The primary teachers for my daughter have been with KinderCare for 10+ years each. Most importantly, my daughter is thriving! She is constantly engaged, and no two days ever seem to be the same. I also love that the teachers and leadership team give frequent updates and send tons of pictures of my daughter throughout the day. This is an incredible center, and I know that my daughter is in wonderful care here. I highly recommend it!

  We are so impressed with how much information we get about both of our children every day: what they ate, how they slept, what activities they did, photos and videos. The activities are above and beyond what we expected for the age group of the children (very young). They do a wonderful job with the curriculum. The food is also varied and healthy. My children are happy to go to school. Potty training my 2 year old was a breeze with their help.

  COVID-19 hit and daycares started closing just as I was about to go back to work from maternity leave. Our original daycare was closed with no reopening plan, so we scrambled to find an open daycare with an open infant slot. Franklin Farm Campus KinderCare was awesome from the start. Since we couldn't visit in person, Ms. Amie gave us a tour via FaceTime. She regularly communicated with us and answered all our questions promptly. With so much uncertainty, Ms. Amie, Ms. Cait, and the rest of the staff have been incredibly flexible and responsive to anything we need to include alternating weeks between full days and partial days. I can tell when I drop-off/pick-up that the staff truly care about what they do, love interacting with the parents, and want what's best for each family. From the limited interactions I have with the teachers due to COVID-19 precautions, I can tell they love their job and the children they take care of each day. We love being able to get real-time updates with pictures to see our 7-month old son during the day. He really seems to enjoy "going to school" and we couldn't ask for a better experience with daycare in such a crazy and unprecedented time!
