  Absolutely incredible-our experience has been nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we applied to be placed on the waiting list, Mrs. Braxton, the Assistant Director, has consistently demonstrated warmth, empathy, and utmost professionalism. She follows through on every promise, responding promptly and efficiently, and her keen awareness of everything happening at the school is truly remarkable. It's evident that she genuinely cares about each child and family. When our toddler was initially nervous and hesitant to go to school, Mrs. Braxton noticed right away and thoughtfully sent her on "special missions" to deliver sweet notes to her teachers, turning her apprehension into excitement and making her days bright and memorable. Equally impressive is the Director, Mrs. Carly, who greets every child by name-an extraordinary feat achieved within just the first few weeks. This personal touch showcases the warm and welcoming atmosphere cultivated by the leadership team. The positivity and professionalism with which both the Director and Assistant Director manage the school are reflected in their cheerful staff and the respectful, supportive environment maintained throughout. The EPS1 teaching team-Ms. B, Ms. T, and Mrs. V-are nothing short of extraordinary. Their dedication and passion for early childhood education shine through in everything they do. Each day, they greet parents with enthusiasm, provide consistent and thoughtful updates at drop-off and pick-up, and foster open communication. Their genuine care for these kids is unmistakable. The classroom is a harmonious space, expertly managed with no hint of disorder despite the energetic nature of toddlers-a true testament to their skill and commitment. We receive regular photo and video updates that keep us engaged and reassured. The creativity in their classroom décor is outstanding; they refresh the space monthly, incorporating the kid's artwork and family photos, which makes it feel welcoming and personal. This thoughtful attention to detail fosters a sense of connection and belonging for us. Our toddler now eagerly runs to her teachers each morning and delights in recounting her day and sharing stories about her teachers at home. Witnessing her joy and affection for her teachers has been heartwarming, and we are incredibly grateful. Words cannot fully convey our appreciation for Ms. B, Ms. T, and Mrs. V-their love, patience, and unwavering dedication truly set them apart. Note to the owners - They absolutely deserve recognition and reward for their extraordinary efforts. Schools everywhere should aspire to have educators as exceptional as these three-we feel truly fortunate!

  Primrose has been a great experience for our family. The teachers and staff are very patient and attentive with our kids. Their team definitely goes above and beyond to ensure the environment is safe and conducive for learning. I would 100% recommend!

  LOVE Primrose! We moved our child into Primrose from another daycare facility as part of the early pre-school program. After a fairly long waitlist and a year plus enrolled I can say it was well worth the wait. There’s so many stand out things that I could list, the clean, safe and updated facilities, the wonderful meal plans, the incredibly caring, smart and welcoming teachers and administration, the activities (summer camp is beyond words), the curriculum - one that actually shows progression in speech, math, letters, etc. The thing we have valued most is their culture of belonging. Its helped cultivate an environment that our child has felt safe coming out of their shy shell and has help turn them into a unique little person with “best friends” and so many experiences they bring home with them each day. We really love watching our child grow with Primrose and are so grateful for all the hard work this school puts into their students.

  Our family could not ask for a better teaching partner for our little one. He had been at another daycare center previously, and in the months since he started early preschool at Primrose his development with language, communication, understanding the world around him, teamwork, and his general positive attitude has accelerated so quickly! The structure the team provides delivered with kindness and patience is the perfect environment for littles to thrive!

  As soon as we learned that Primrose Edinburgh was breaking ground near us, we signed up our unborn child with great anticipation and expectations. As with any new child, we have maneuvered thru food allergies, Covid issues, and various adjustments. The front office staff and teachers are dedicated, responsive and encouraging. Teachers stay in regular daily communication and cheer on every accomplishment during our child’s day and continuing development. Primrose Edinburgh is a great place for children to grow and learn in a nurturing environment.
