  The staff and management are truly wonderful. They treat the children like their own family and provide such loving, attentive care. I feel completely comfortable knowing my child is in good hands.

  My son has been going to KinderCare Stringfellow since he was six months old, he is now 4 and a half. I cannot express how deeply appreciative I am for the staff here. Sigi, the Center Director, is incredibly communicative about all things that are going on at the center that affect my child. They have been absolutely a saving grace during the COVID pandemic. I took my son out of daycare for four months at the beginning of the pandemic so that they could provide services to families who had first responders and front line workers. When I noticed that he was needing some more interaction with children his own age, I called Sigi back to discuss his re-enrollment. The precautions that had been taken at the center and the amazing staff and their attention to cleaning protocols had contributed to the center not having one positive case for almost the entirety of 2020, despite being open the entire time. My son adores his teacher Nadia, and talks about seeing her on the weekends. The atmosphere is loving, disciplined, and nurturing for children - I plan to keep him there for after school care even when he is in elementary school. The staff there have become like a family, they do not have high turnover rates where you aren’t sure who is taking care of your child. I highly recommend this center and these staff to anyone who needs daycare services for their children.

  OK, parents-- all those concerns you have about daycare centers? Let me assure you as a parent that this team has it covered. The center is clean, well-maintained, and well-staffed, with a relatively low turnover rate and with good, communicative teachers in key positions. Infection control is excellent and any incident reports are communicated promptly and honestly. And they know their stuff COLD. Behavior issue? Medication issue? Autism? Kid won't potty train? Kid's way above age level already? Parents facing financial difficulties? These teachers have seen it all and are happy to work with the family for whatever is needed. Our girl (super strong-willed "fournado") has been there from ages 7 mos to almost 5, and the KC staff have truly been partners in helping to raise, educate, responsibly direct, and LOVE our daughter. The "generational wisdom" is gone on my side of the family and the KC team has always been there to give great advice and work toward solutions when we're at the end of our rope. I can't say enough good things about this team. Special shout-outs to Sigi, Nadia, Nafis, Kitty, and Melanie who have played such strong supporting roles in our little girl's life. <3

  Kindercare on Stringfellow Road in Chantilly has exceeded all of my expectations. The director Sigrid Holail and her team always make time to talk to me when I pick up my son. My son is in a structured environment that focuses on education as well as proper age-developmental skills. As a teacher, I am comforted knowing he is being challenged. Additionally, they nurture and encourage his talents but also maintain consistency regarding behaviors/discipline assuring child safety at all times. I couldn't be more pleased with the teachers and staff at this facility.
