I directly expressed my concerns to them but I’m still getting canned emails months later, my concerns have not been acknowledged, and I feel harassed. I’ve had to block several different email addresses to try and stop hearing from them. Maybe this negative review will finally get them to stop! Don’t place your child here if they can’t handle simple communications!

Every teacher she's had has been warm, experienced and dedicated to her development. Our daughter has made great friendships here and loves her teachers! The building is on the older side, so I would love to see KinderCare corporate invest in updating the facilities and standardizing them across all locations to help the staff and teachers deliver the best.

Attentive staff and friendly environment made this place enjoyable for my child. First, transition time didn’t take too long- only a week or so. Second, the children are happy including my child, they play and learn, socializing and eat well there. I can see photos of my child learning every day on the app used exclusively by Kindercare’s parents. Leaving my son at the daycare every morning gives me a great piece of mind that his needs are met, he is taken care of and he is safe. Kudos to all Teachers and management including Ms. Buffy and Ms. Andrea!!
