  I would like to take a moment to recognize Aaliyah, the Director of my daughter’s daycare center. While we did not start off on the strongest footing, I truly appreciate her willingness to listen, engage in open dialogue, and take my concerns seriously. After having a direct and honest conversation, I saw meaningful changes implemented. Her approach became more collaborative, her attitude noticeably more positive, and her availability and responsiveness greatly improved. She has consistently made herself accessible, addressed concerns promptly, and shown genuine care for both parents and children. Leadership is about growth and accountability, and Aaliyah demonstrated both. I appreciate her dedication to her role and the positive impact she has on my daughter’s educational environment. Thank you!

  We had a great experience with Eisenhower East KinderCare. Miss Anissa, Miss Sharawn, and our child’s teachers were clearly invested in the wellbeing of the children, and they assured parents that their kids were in good hands. When our child experienced an incident, Miss Anissa was quick to take the appropriate action; she called us immediately to explain the situation, brought our child into her office to keep him calm until our arrival, recommended an immediate course of action, and checked in on us over the weekend to make sure everything was okay. She further sat down with us upon returning our child to the center to reassure us of the steps taken to prevent the incident from recurring. We were fortunate for our child to be in such a good environment for his first daycare.

  I switched my son from a very small home based daycare to this center. When I first enrolled my one-year-old son, I was understandably nervous about leaving him in someone else's care. But from the moment we walked in, Anissa (Center Director) and Sharawn made us feel so welcome and at ease. She is incredibly kind, patient, and attentive, always taking the time to answer my questions and ensure I feel confident in the care my son is receiving. If I have any feedback or questions it gets immediately addressed. The entire team at the center is fantastic. They truly go above and beyond to create a warm, nurturing environment where children feel loved and supported. I’ve seen such incredible growth in my son since he started. The center is clean, the Kindercare app allows for constant updates throughout the day, and the menu is nutritious. He’s thriving here, and I can’t thank Anissa and her team enough for providing such a positive and enriching experience. If you're looking for a daycare where your child will be well cared for, looked after with kindness, and given the attention they need to grow and flourish, this is the place. Highly recommend!

  The transition in energy from when this location initially opened to currently has been a tremendous improvement. The environment is much more welcoming and engaging with Ms. Jamie & Ms. Aryn. I have nothing but praise for the staff at this location, keep it going ladies.

  I usually don’t write reviews , but I think this childcare deserves its praises. I was very hesitant and anxious to send my daughter to childcare after being at home for the first 18 months from birth. However I hav it a try and I must say it’s been such a wonderful and heart warming experience. My daughters teachers Ms. India and Ms.Kalah are exceptional teachers, they are so loving, kind and attentive. At first she was very tearful going to school but within one week, she adapted well and is happy to attend class. I am very pleased overall as I see such a huge improvement in my daughters adaptation to new environments.
