  We’ve had a positive experience with this daycare overall, with a few ups and downs along the way. While communication from leadership could be improved, the teachers—Mrs Erika and Miss Yvette—are incredibly kind, caring, and attentive. It’s clear they genuinely love what they do and treat each child as their own.

  Finding a daycare where you feel completely at peace is a rare gift, and I cannot say enough good things about the experience my son has had here. The level of genuine care and tireless hard work the caregivers pour into their students every single day is truly remarkable. I want to specifically recognize Ms. Yvette, Ms. Saliha, Ms. Erica, Ms. Jeanette, and Ms. Danyelle for the incredible impact they have had on my son’s growth and happiness. It is so evident that they don’t just see this as a job; they truly love these children. They bring so much patience, energy, and heart into the classroom, and it gives me such comfort knowing he is surrounded by women who are as invested in his well-being as I am. That sense of community starts the moment you walk through the door, thanks to Bianca at the front desk. She is always so welcoming and helpful, and having her friendly face there to greet us makes the morning drop-off much easier. The high standards and positive culture of the center are a direct reflection of Ms. Ashley’s leadership. As a manager, her professionalism and dedication to excellence are clear in every interaction. She is always approachable and organized, ensuring that everything runs smoothly while maintaining a warm environment for all the families. It’s rare to find a team where the leadership, the front office, and the teachers are so perfectly in sync, and I am deeply grateful to this entire group for everything they do for my son.

  We are beyond grateful for the teachers. Ms. Yvette and Ms. Erica took on potty training like champions — they were patient, consistent, and did the heavy lifting that made all the difference. Ms. Jamie has such a warm, nurturing presence that my son absolutely adores her and lights up every time he sees her. The curriculum here is impressive — my two-and-a-half-year-old already knows the days of the week and months of the year! Thank you to the teachers for all that you do!

  Highly recommend Chesterbrook Academy! Especially Ms. Erica and Ms. Yvette in the Beginners class. My son has been attending for a short time and is already thriving!

  We are very disappointed by our experience with Chesterbrook Academy and would not recommend this preschool to other families. The main issue was a consistent lack of communication and follow through. We were often told that our 3-year-old daughter was being disruptive and their default solution was to have us pick her up early. Chesterbrook asked us to keep her home one day so they could come up with a plan to address her behavior. However, no plan was ever created or implemented. Supposedly Chesterbrook has a behavioral specialist, but we were never able to meet with them. I reached out to ask whether our daughter might not be a good fit, so that we could begin looking for other childcare options if necessary. That message was never addressed or discussed with us. Instead, without warning a few weeks after I reached out, we were informed that the preschool was terminating our daughter’s enrollment with only two days’ notice. This was particularly upsetting given that the preschool requires families to provide one month’s notice if they choose to end enrollment. We expected the same level of consideration and professionalism from the school.
