  I recently reached out to Challenger School (Sandy) with some basic questions regarding their schedule and costs in regards to the summer program, hoping to gather more information to make an informed decision. Instead of receiving a helpful or informative response, I was shocked to receive an email from Kristi Moll, stating that my enrollment had been denied. I have not applied to the school. There was no explanation, no context, just a blunt and unprofessional reply. This was incredibly disappointing and uncalled for. If my inquiry was somehow an issue, I would have appreciated some kind of clarification or at least a polite response. Instead, I was left confused and frustrated. Grateful I did not move forward with the program.
