I would rate it zero stars if possible. The manager is exceptionally rude and lacks the understanding necessary for her role. My daughter has reported multiple instances of humiliation and discrimination from her teacher, who also ignored her pleas for help. When I brought these concerns to the manager's attention, she responded dismissively and refused to investigate the matter further with very rude tone.
