Harman Continuing Education Building (HCEB)

About

University
In 1921 a formal extension division was organized to expand opportunities for education to those not enrolled in regular daytime classes. From this small beginning (2,356 students), the BYU Division of Continuing Education has grown to more than 450,000 students enrolled worldwide. The "mirror" effect of the outside walls is achieved by applying a thin film to the glass. The Division of Continuing Education's Evening Classes, Independent Study, Travel Study, CES youth and family programs, CES religion programs, bachelor of general studies (BGS), and Conferences and Workshops are all housed in the Harman Building.
