The Harman Testing center is the worst facility BYU has. They have no service so if you don’t have duo or your duo doesn’t work like in my case, you can’t take a test. When I finally logged in they didn’t let me take, because it was too late and they wouldn’t want to wait for just 10 min even tho I was trying to log in for 40 min.
