I am incredibly grateful for the wonderful care my child receives here. The staff is attentive, nurturing, and always goes above and beyond to ensure the kids are happy and engaged. My 1 year old enjoys his time here and has shown remarkable progress in his social and educational development. The environment is clean, safe, and filled with fun activities that keep him excited to come back every day. Thank you for providing such a positive and supportive space for my family!

I have had my daughter at Orem KinderCare since she was 15 weeks old. She is now almost one year! I have NOTHING but good things to say about this center and everyone who works there. I debated between using a nanny and daycare for my daughter, and I am so glad that I looked past the stigma of sending a child to daycare and found KinderCare. I found KinderCare through searching online and setting up a tour of the center. Here are a few things I have loved: -They use a great app and track everything for infants. I'm updated every time she eats something, takes a bottle, has a diaper change, takes a nap, etc. They also send photos and videos through the app. LOVE this and don't feel like I would ever get (or expect) this amount of detail from a traditional nanny. -They go out of their way to substitute food for my daughter who has many food intolerances that affect her very adversely if not watched carefully. -They are cognizant of safe breastmilk and formula guidelines. -They are willing to go with the flow for your infant's or stick to a schedule that you designate. -They have handled staying open through COVID-19 with such class and care. I did take my daughter out for a while to stay with family earlier this year, but after bringing her back, I feel totally confident taking her there each day. -Even infants do planned activities for development and get to have tons of fun (playing with water, painting in bags, making art, music time, sensory activities, etc.). I'm hardly ever this coordinated in my own care of my daughter, and I LOVE that she is so used to having a routine but also to going with the flow. I can't recommend this center highly enough and have not been solicited to leave this review. Updating my review to say that my daughter is now 4.5, and my 2 subsequent children have also attended Kindercare starting at 12 weeks. Although there have been changes in center directors along the way, my children have all had a positive and stable experience! Travis is great, and there are many wonderful teachers who truly love my kids.

My child has been coming to this daycare for about 2 months. The staff are nice and care about the kids, the facility is clean and everything is well organized. Overall, I'm happy with the daycare, although it is quite busy and a lot of children attend. Two things they could improve on are- 1)Introducing new parents better 2) Being clear about being a no nuts facility The first few days we came I was confused and had no idea which classrooms to go to when or why, or what I needed to bring or not bring. There are plenty of signs, but that's not helpful if you don't know anything about the facility and are trying to get to work on time. I think a first-day tour would have helped, but I understand they might not have enough time or staff to do that. The other note I have is that they have a "No Nuts" policy, but no one ever told me that. Again, there were signs about peanuts, but I didn't know it was for all nuts. If there was a better way of introducing parents the first day, they could bring that up then. I brought nut products several times before anyone told me not to. If there's a child with a severe nut allergy going to the daycare- I want to know ASAP not to bring nuts! I don't want to accidentally cause a child to get hurt, and as a parent I felt like that was a huge oversight for the daycare.

I’ve been with Kindercare for over 8 years. The current management team is really great. This is the only daycare I trust with my kids. Yes issues will come up but I believe it’s all in how as a parent handle it. My concerns are always handled and we find a resolution. Be weary of bad reviews.

Definitely took a turn for the worse. When I first started taking my daughter to Kindercare, it was quite nice. A bit pricey, but my daughter really enjoyed it there. The latest center director unfortunately has not been doing a very good job. The center director would never acknowledge me and he would ignore me when I would say "good morning". I've seen him in the classrooms too and he doesn't seem to know how to handle children. Again the price is quite high, but the school doesn't seem to even have resources to buy basic supplies such as paper. Without basic supplies such as paper they can't even do basic crafts.
