We absolutely love the NSL Kindercare! Since starting here, our daughter has grown by leaps and bounds, academically, socially, and emotionally. Every day she comes home excited to share something new she’s learned, and it’s clear how much thought and care goes into the curriculum and daily activities.
Miss Kathy is truly a gem. Her warmth, patience, and creativity have made such a positive impact on Stella. She creates a classroom environment that feels safe, engaging, and full of joy. We’re so grateful for the way she nurtures curiosity and confidence in every child.
Michelle, the center director, runs the location with such professionalism and heart. She’s incredibly responsive and genuinely cares about every family. We always feel informed and supported, and the center itself is clean, well-organized, and welcoming.
We can’t recommend this Kindercare enough, it’s been an amazing start to our daughter's school journey!
My son loves going there. This daycare offers a great mix of structured activities and downtime filled with unstructured playtime. The facility has a few outdoors playgrounds so kids are outside almost everyday (weather permitting). Breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snack is provided everyday which makes morning drop offs super easy! Teachers post photos, videos, meal and diaper change updates daily to keep you in the loop. They are reasonably priced for what they offer.
My 2 year old daughter has been attending this wonderful facility since she was about 7 or 8 months old. Michelle and the staff are so friendly and caring I couldn't have asked for a better fit. They have helped in so many ways with her development. Social skills, motor skills, potty training, etc. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

Great place and wonderful teachers. A little bit pricey though.

I am writing this to share about an incident that took place leading to the removal of our 5 month old daughter from Kindercare yesterday. My wife had consistently gone to Kindercare on her lunches to nurse our daughter. As she went yesterday, she found our daughter with a pacifier in her mouth and a burp cloth placed over the pacifier, just under her nose, and wrapped around her head and tucked in to keep the pacifier from being removed. She contacted me immediately and we had our daughter removed from the facility and are currently looking for another care provider. As to why this was done, the pacifier kept falling out. I am sure she was crying, but am opposed to gagging my daughter to deal with what I imagine was a frustrating situation. We have heard conversations by the employees in passing that they wish they could permanently put pacifiers in the children's mouths. Apparently, it has been acted upon. We have since reported this to the Director, Asst Director and have been contacted by the Asst Regional Director about the incident. We personally have lost confidence in the care provided to our daughter there and do not trust that her safety (!!) or care was and possibly will be the priority over the employees personal preference and comfort.
