We absolutely love the NSL Kindercare! Since starting here, our daughter has grown by leaps and bounds, academically, socially, and emotionally. Every day she comes home excited to share something new she’s learned, and it’s clear how much thought and care goes into the curriculum and daily activities. Miss Kathy is truly a gem. Her warmth, patience, and creativity have made such a positive impact on Stella. She creates a classroom environment that feels safe, engaging, and full of joy. We’re so grateful for the way she nurtures curiosity and confidence in every child. Michelle, the center director, runs the location with such professionalism and heart. She’s incredibly responsive and genuinely cares about every family. We always feel informed and supported, and the center itself is clean, well-organized, and welcoming. We can’t recommend this Kindercare enough, it’s been an amazing start to our daughter's school journey!

My son loves going there. This daycare offers a great mix of structured activities and downtime filled with unstructured playtime. The facility has a few outdoors playgrounds so kids are outside almost everyday (weather permitting). Breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snack is provided everyday which makes morning drop offs super easy! Teachers post photos, videos, meal and diaper change updates daily to keep you in the loop. They are reasonably priced for what they offer.

I transferred my son here from another daycare when we moved to Bountiful and I was SO nervous about how he would like it. This has to be THE most wonderful staff I have ever experienced. My son absolutely loves it and the Director, Michelle, is the kindest and hardest working person I have ever seen. I would give it 6 stars if I could. I am going to miss this place so much when my little one starts elementary school in August. I know that he will always have a home there and I cannot emphasize how grateful I am for that as a mom.

North Salt Lake KinderCare is the absolute best!! This was our first daycare experience and it far exceeded our expectations. Miss Michelle, Miss Liesel, and all of the phenomenal teachers/support staff are the most caring, compassionate, understanding, and patient people you will ever meet. They take the time to get to know your kiddos and family. The moment I walk in the building or my daughter’s classroom, I get a full report of my daughter’s day from the director/assistance director/teachers. They are timely about using the app to provide updates and pictures in real time. We have never felt like a “number” and have always received personalized interaction with staff. I don’t know how they keep track of all of us but it’s a wonderful feeling to know they care about your kid enough to know the parents as well. The teachers individualize activities and transitions based on the needs of each kid. The classrooms are fun and inviting. They cater classrooms and activities to what is appropriate for that age group. One of the most important qualities for us was reliability. They have back up plans for every circumstance to avoid needing to shut down the center with unforeseen situations. We are so sad to have to leave KinderCare and hope to come back if our circumstances change. Thank you for all you do <3

Kindercare provides unsurpassed billing errors with overworked staff. Kindercare staff were so busy the first time I came to pick up my daughter that I stood in the lobby for five minutes ringing the bell occasionally, until I started ringing it constantly. Eventually, a young woman poked her head out of a room holding an infant mid diaper change and snapped that they were too busy to answer the door. I waited an additional minute before someone opened the door. Unfortunately, my wife hadn't given me the door code yet. We started informing the pertinent staff three weeks ahead of time that my daughter would not be there for three weeks around Christmas, due to relatives visiting. We were informed that we could have two weeks tuition free absentee time for vacation, annually. We informed them that we were going to use this time for this purpose, and the remaining week would pay the $45 fee to hold her spot. Nobody took a note, and though we reminded them several times a week for several weeks, they still weren't aware she would not be there. They called to say she hadn't arrived the first day, and I had to remind them again. Then they told me that I would have to pay the $45 per week anyway. Sadly, there doesn't seem to be any alternative to child care that can pick up at school. Edit: Kindercare LOST my daughter. They couldn't find her within the facility when I came to pick her up. They signed her out to a stranger, and insisted it was her grandparents, who do not live in the state. I FOUND HER SLEEPING IN A BALL UNDER HER COAT. I never got a satisfactory apology. "Oh, gosh, sorry" isn't good enough. I was seconds from calling the police when I lifted her coat. Also, if the facility has to close, you still have to pay, even if you have to leave work early, and lose money to do so. Their plumbing backed up, and I still had to pay for that day. I have to change my review to 0 because I was so upset about them LOSING my daughter.
