  Excellent service and professional atmosphere. I had a good experience here. The facial was incredibly relaxing and my eyebrows look perfect. You can tell the students are well-trained. Thank you Krow !

  I got my hair done here a few days ago, the girl really was great, we had good conversations throughout the couple of hours I spent there, so really she was good. The one thing is that the back of my shirt got quite a bit of bleach on it and it’s now it can’t really be worn again. Of course, I completely understand that things happen I probably should have expected a little bit of a spill and could have worn a different shirt. I just feel like it was quite unprofessional that she didn’t tell me that it happened, I got home after walking around feeling confident with my new hair all day to realize my grey shirt was now orange. Overall I’m pretty satisfied with my hair, pretty disappointed that my favorite shirt is ruined. No hate to New Horizons!!

  I used to be a student at this school and it is not a good environment to learn in. I will say that for a beauty school I got a pretty good baseline education, but I also did have to do a lot of the work myself and learn a lot of things online. The problem was the instructors, my whole experience felt very highschool. Instructors would gossip with students about other students, they would pick favorites and let them get away with whatever they wanted and come down hard on everyone else. The rules would constantly change to whatever they were feeling that day. And then you would get scolded for not knowing the rules. The owner claimed that I (an 18 year old) was bullying her when she was a 60ish year old woman. I’m sorry but that’s just absurd, especially when she would talk badly about her students to other students. All in all education, not bad. Overall experience, very damaging on my mental health.

  Their hours are super unpredictable. Went today and they were randomly closed. Not posted online, so my drive was a waste. Never coming back.
