The team at KinderCare in Draper is so lovely and kind—they love my son so big! As a working mom, their app gives me total peace of mind: they post photos regularly and keep me updated on his day and activities, so I always know he’s happy and thriving. Their warm communication and genuine care make drop-offs easy. I’m so grateful we found them and highly recommend!

Started my 3 year old at Draper Kindercare a year ago and am so happy I did! The staff and teachers have shown professionalism, and personal care for him and the photo/video updates throughout the day help me feel at ease.

This one star is *purely* based on KinderCare corporate's policies and lack of care toward their staff. To be clear, I am a parent who toured and have never been employed by the company. The staff at KinderCare in Draper were kind, attentive, sweet, and genuine. The acting director was well informed, organized, and clearly knew and loved the children. The children attending were clearly well cared for and happy. The one star review is based on KinderCare corporate rates and lack of proper reimbursement to their staff. KinderCare Draper is charging $1,450 for infant care per month. This is a solid $200-$250 more per month than daycares in Draper directly down the street (so clearly not an issue with real estate costs-ahem). After digging, I found out they only pay their staff $13.55 per hour as a starting hourly rate. Again, right down the street, a daycare is starting at a full $2 per hour more for their staff. This is outrageous and greedy on the part of corporate. The staff are the ones pouring their heart and energy into the children and should be compensated better. It was clear from my tour that staffing is a major problem at KinderCare Draper as TWO classrooms were closed and when I pressed, I was informed they didn't have enough staff. I considered at length whether to write this review as I didn't want it to reflect on the lovely daycare staff there who are doing their jobs and doing them well. However, if no one speaks up, change never happens. I am looking elsewhere for care for our child to avoid supporting such a greedy corporation.
My 2 children ages 10 & 6 have been going here now for 4 months. Just about every time I pick them up, they are upset I’m there so early. They love their teacher here. Also, the security is great! I called to let the center know my mom would be picking them up and they made sure to check ID. About a month into sending my children here, their dad died and I quit my job. Kindercare was super flexible with keeping my spot until I found another job and we picked up where we left off. I would highly recommend this place!
