- LSLaquay SargentJun 4, 20261.0I have family members who bring their children here, the staff is very rude and like to express their opinions about parents on social media. The level of un-professionalism is outrageous and the director likes to sweep their staffs mistakes under the rug and not correct them. Also they love to leave 15 children with one teacher, hire individuals who do not want to do their job nor pays any type of attention to the children that go there. I’ve heard countless stories of children fighting, going outside with no jackets on, left outside during fire drills, incidents of where children were hurt and nothing was reported to the parents until they get there and NOT being documented. Some staff also were fired for drinking on the job, they have staff vaping in the classrooms with children, and doing drugs in the bathroom. The director also likes to comment on their staffs personal lives. I’m tired of hearing these stories and action should be taken, I hope this facility gets what it deserves. PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE.

The facility felt very small, especially for older children, with limited outdoor space and not many activities or toys geared toward kids beyond toddler age. What bothered me most was overhearing staff refer to a young child as a “brat.” Regardless of the situation, hearing adults speak about a child that way felt unprofessional and upsetting to witness as a parent. I also noticed a strong cigarette smell during the visit, and overall the tour felt rushed and more focused on getting through it quickly than genuinely welcoming or informing parents. Based on my personal experience, I did not feel confident enrolling my children there.
