  I am so grateful for the wonderful experience my daughter has had at this nursery. The staff is incredibly caring and attentive, always ensuring that she feels safe and happy. They treat the children with kindness and respect, creating a nurturing environment that allows them to thrive. Communication with the staff is excellent; they always keep us informed about our daughter’s progress and daily activities. Additionally, the nursery is very clean and well-maintained, which gives us peace of mind. I highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a loving and supportive place for their child .

  I came here 12 years ago. My daughter attended here when I was going to TCC. She also started screaming crying when I dropped her off the second day and so on. I don't know what is going on at this place. But when I came to pick her up one day early she was moved to a different room by herself and a teacher. She was puffy eyed and crying. The lady was knelt down behind a counter on the floor with my daughter and I asked why is she crying. She said because she didn't want to take a nap. I took my daughter and never returned.my daughter was fine the first day I dropped her off and after that she screamed every time I dropped her off after that. So I stopped taking her.

  I went in there today to pick my kids up because they have lice which it’s gone away and came back three times now’s clearly they aren’t cleaning the center well enough was talking to Mr Cody about the situation and he told me he didn’t know what I should do ect Anyways went to Nicole she came out telling me I can pretty much ask questions and yell which I wasn’t yelling you can go ask Cody was cussing him out or anything she was mad because she had to come out her meeting or whatever to talk to me she start creaming at me so I yelled back idk who she thought she was yelling at me 😂😂😂 because I’m not the one ☝️ I asked serious question about my kids Also if yall so worried about lice why aren’t they in a different room then the other student because that’s how it jumps from head to head clearly your not doing your job miss nicole also where is your bosses phone number and the policy to the lice information

  I removed my son from this daycare after witnessing another child repeatedly hitting a child while the teacher ignored it. That was extremely concerning as a parent. The staff also were not very welcoming or helpful when I asked for assistance with their clock-in/out system, which later caused billing issues with my state child care subsidy. Despite the care being approved and my copay being paid, they attempted to bill me for thousands of dollars instead of resolving the attendance issue with the state. Which I found out is now on my collections after TONS of attempts to get it resolved. There were also frequent break-ins in the area, which made me uncomfortable about the safety of the location. Overall, my experience here was very disappointing. Parents deserve a safe environment where staff actively supervise children and communicate clearly with families. I reported them to BBB.

  My son currently attends Kindercare and he loves it! Every one of the staff members there are so nice greet my son and i by our names, and you can feel that they truly care! Ms. Sandy in particular is fantastic! I couldn't have chosen a better teacher for my son!
