In my experience, this center does not live up to the positive reviews it has received. The quality of care and professionalism I observed did not match the reputation portrayed online.
I had concerns about the level of training and experience among many of the staff members. There appeared to be inconsistent knowledge of age-appropriate child development, behavior management, and curriculum implementation. As a result, I felt that some children were not receiving the structured learning environment or individualized support they deserved.
I also found the leadership to be disappointing. Communication and management practices often seemed inconsistent, and I observed what I believed to be favoritism in the treatment of staff. Employees who were not part of the director’s inner circle appeared to receive different treatment, which contributed to low morale and, in my opinion, a high staff turnover rate.
The center also lacked consistency in classroom organization. Children were frequently moved between classrooms, and older and younger children were sometimes combined in ways that created unnecessary challenges. Additionally, I observed concerns regarding diaper-changing practices, meal quality, and the overall daily structure provided to the children.
While every workplace has room for improvement, I believe many of the issues I witnessed affected both staff and the quality of care provided to the children. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this center to families seeking a well-managed, consistent, and nurturing childcare environment.

My son started at this Kindercare when he was 8 months old and we could not be happier. His teacher, Miss Karima, is everything you could ever want in someone taking care of your baby. She is warm, attentive and really gets to know the babies. We get so many photos and updates on the app in real time so we know when he napping, eating, playing etc. I can’t recommend her and this child care center enough!!
Saw this and thought of you all. “ The kids who are raised with fear learn how to avoid punishment. Kids who are raised with respect learn self-discipline.
Some teachers don't need to shout, threaten, or control every move because they are present, consistent, and set clear boundaries. Their children behave not because they are terrified, but because they understand accountability and mutual respect.”
Update: As a neighbor, you just hear nonstop crying, lecturing from teachers, kids saying "owie" while crying over and over, and distress - don't worry about MY distress, how about the distress these kids are enduring. Nonstop. The distress their parents pay ~$2000/month for. Please spend some time to fix this. Its so sad and just unreal that its been these poor conditions for over a year now.

As a mom with 12+ years in education, I live next to this facility and I still don't recommend this daycare to anyone. Please help (again, their CEO used to run Old Navy + Jack in the Box. His fast fashion and fast food mindset seems to echo throughout their corporation.) Things need to get significantly better. The worst part of living next to here is hearing children cry and scream in pain or sadness, while the understaffed, exhausted teachers try to keep up and ignore the sorrow - often using fear tactics and intimidation to just get the kids to be silent. Its horrible to watch and hear, it distracts me while I'm working cause its just so upsetting and its consistent for over a year, though things are getting BETTER its not great. I'm glad they're using a bell to call in the kids to line up, instead of screaming like they used to... but overall, I wish they would not depend so much on fear, anger, and intimidation to try and control these young kids/toddlers. They need more staff and fun things like bells and time to actually care for the kdis. If not, its why the kids bully and hit each other and cry. Cause their leadership/teachers use fear to control them as well. They do what they see. It's just so depressing. It hurts my heart. I'm so glad I switched my daughter out of this daycare and to a new one.
My son recently graduated from the infant class, and our experience so far has been positive. The facility is clean and spacious, and the staff is professional and responsive to any questions. I particularly appreciated the use of the app to track his daily schedule and view photo updates from the teachers.
While no daycare can match home environment, the care here is good quality—my son was always happy to see his teachers, especially Ms. Kelly. I would recommend this location to other parents.
