  LOVE this daycare, and the AMAZING teachers she has! Since she has been going here, one teacher in particular stood out to my husband and I, showing love and care to all the children in not only just her room, but all the rooms! Sarahi is an outstanding teacher, and we are truly grateful to have our child in her care! Thank you Teacher Sarahi for everything that you do for the kiddos! Also Mrs. Mirian, such an amazing teacher!! The activities she has for the children everyday, teaches them so much, and we absolutely love that! Our kiddo loves her!! Thank you for caring for our child Mrs.Mirian!! You’re the absolute best!

  As a special needs parent I was very nervous about doing a first time daycare experience. I couldn't be happier or have gotten luckier with Normandy Park Kindercare. I continue to be so impressed at how supportive the director Matt, and our teachers from discovery preschool to pre-k have been every step of the way. They take the time to ask about accommodations my son may need and what they can do to support him in the classroom. The kids always come home clean and happy. The teachers take the time to update us frequently on the daycare app. There is routine which helps my child with autism. We discuss frequently as needs change and our family feels well supported. Along with special needs, safety measures are made a priority here. This is a great daycare if you want to be heard as a parent and have peace of mind during your work day!

  Normandy Park KinderCare is an exceptional facility. It's run by hardworking people who deal with a wide spectrum of children with differing needs. Our 4-year-old son was enrolled in Normandy Park KinderCare from October to February (five months) after transferring from the Northgate KinderCare in the Seattle area. At first, our son wasn't happy to transfer from a larger facility to a smaller one, but over time, his opinion changed drastically. The leadership (Ms. Connie and Mr. Matt) did their best to accommodate our son's difficult transition, like rewarding him for good behavior and giving him time to adjust when he was having a hard time. The teachers (like Ms. Jackie and Ms. Maria) were kind and caring to our son. A smaller staff and classroom meant more hands-on time with our son to help him adjust to the facility and grow with his classmates. They were always compassionate and helpful, and nourished our son's ability to learn. We've since moved from Burien and are attending a new preschool outside of the KinderCare umbrella. There isn't a day that goes by that we don't miss the care and convenience provided to us by the Normandy Park KinderCare staff. We would definitely enroll again if we were in the area, even if just for school-age care. Also, we're a military family, meaning the facility is MCCYN (Military Child Care Your Neighborhood) friendly.

  Ashley is amazing you’re hard work and dedication doesn’t go unnoticed. Thank you for everything you do at the center. And also wanted to say thank you to Ro always cleaning and keeping everything sanitized.

  I had to take my son out do to my school hours not aligning with the daycare hours so I had to take him out but I was so sad because all the staff were so nice and I felt like my kid was safe there, they always updated me on him and felt like a family!
