- AJAmber JohncoxJun 30, 20265.0We lost our daycare with two days notice. I was livid to say the least. I live in Kalama but work in Ridgefield so it seemed pretty convenient to call this facility. They had mentioned the day that it happened, their phones blew up with parents scrambling to find a new daycare. They were kind, compassionate and prioritizing our kids knowing the stress we were all going through. They got us in the very NEXT day for a tour. We brought our daughter so she could feel it out. She’s four. We had toured one earlier and the day but it was an in home care and we wanted more for her. You guys! She did NOT want to leave. So we knew then and there this was the place for her. She was so excited to start!! They had us in within two weeks! Another shocker I know! Daycare waitlists are so long. The facility is nice with a LOT more to offer than her last daycare. We are very happy with her placement! Her new daycare teacher is amazing! So full of energy and compassion for her kids! Always sends updates and videos and even lets us know how her food intake is. The manager of the new facility even took time out of her busy day to answer any questions/concerns we had because as a parent, it is so difficult to trust new people with our babies. She answered everything open and honestly and we knew she meant what she said. I’m so thankful for them and getting us in asap. They really are the best place for us!! We were very hesitant with a kindercare however, this facility is truly amazing!! We have even enrolled our newest edition coming soon in August!! Thank you KinderCare for caring and loving our babies!!!!

That staff is amazing the director has her head on straight and understands how to run a child care facility. She covers all areas around child safety and well being. So glad our little girl got a spot.
