Very disappointing experience. Communication was extremely poor—phone calls and Procare messages often went unanswered.
I also found the daily reports to be unreliable and inconsistent with what I observed. My child came home hungry almost every day, which was very concerning.
In my experience, the school seemed more focused on business than on honest communication and quality care. I would not recommend it.

We withdrew our daughter from this school after only 5 days due to ongoing concerns regarding discrepancies in reporting and lack of communication. For example, Procare reported that she had eaten both the school-provided snack and the snack we packed, yet her snack was still in her backpack at pickup. Situations like this raised concerns about the accuracy of the daily reports that parents rely on to understand their child’s care and well-being. Additionally, when we sought clarification about our child, we often received different explanations from different staff members, making it difficult to determine what information was accurate.
Communication was also disappointing. Classroom messages sent through Procare went unanswered, despite being promoted as the preferred method of communication, and phone calls were typically returned only later in the day. We repeatedly attempted to address our concerns but found staff to be defensive when issues were raised rather than open to discussing and resolving them. Transparency, consistent communication, and accurate reporting are essential in childcare, and unfortunately, our experience did not meet those expectations. Please also avoid responding that you could not find our records at your school, as this review reflects our genuine experience as an enrolled family.
