I was a bit of a wreck but they made both me and my child feel safe and supported. They have shown great engagement with and genuine care for the kids. I feel fortunate to leave my child in their hands.

The reason we were given was that they did not have time for a tour and did not know we were coming. We were given no informational packets and no effort was put into accommodating our trip. We weren’t even offered an apology. Just did not invoke our confidence in the administration side of things.
