  My daughter, Tanisha, has been attending the Preschool class at Primrose School of Mill Creek for over a year, and it has been a wonderful experience for our family. We are especially thankful to Ms. Aisha, Ms. Hitha, and Ms. Dawn for the love, patience, and care they show every day. They have created a warm and welcoming classroom where Tanisha feels happy, safe, and excited to learn. Over the past year, we've seen her become more confident, independent, and eager to explore new things. We truly appreciate everything they do and are grateful to be part of the Primrose School of Mill Creek. Thank you for making such a positive impact on our daughter's early learning journey.

  Our toddler has been attending Primrose School for a while now, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. She genuinely enjoys going to school every single day, which gives us immense peace of mind as parents. We want to extend a huge thank you to all the wonderful teachers in EP1 and EP2, as well as Ms. Kim, for their incredible support and guidance during her time there. A special shout-out to her current teachers, Sangita, Anita, and Jensen—they are absolutely fantastic, deeply caring, and incredibly helpful. The dedicated staff truly makes this school feel like a second home. Thank you, Primrose, for taking such great care of our daughter!

  Our kids have been attending Primrose Mill Creek for 3.5 years. We had an incident we were concerned about and management helped provide examples to how they were going to try and ensure it didn't happen again. All the teachers are fabulous with the kids. We've never had a teacher we didn't enjoy. Special shoutout to pre-school 1, the teachers think of such great ways to engage the kids! They keep them safe and happy. They post lots of pictures and videos. Happy with how much our child has grown in this class!

  Primrose is a great school. All of my kids have attended over the years, and I have been so happy with the teachers, the cleanliness and safety of the facility, the curriculum, the other staff there, etc. Any concerns I have had (very few) are always taken seriously and addressed immediately. The early preschool 2 classroom has been fantastic, my child has learned so much from the teachers. They have been so caring and taught not just curriculum but life skills, culture, and more. I am very happy with the classroom and the school overall.

  Starting daycare was a big transition for our family, and we were very nervous about how my son would adjust, but the teachers and staff made the process so much easier and more reassuring. In the Young Toddlers classroom, his teachers, Ms. Shahanaz & Ms. Meena were incredibly caring, patient, and attentive. They helped him settle in, feel safe, and build confidence. A special shout-out to Ms. Shahanaz, who was especially wonderful and quickly became one of our son’s favorite teachers. She took such special care of him and developed a truly special bond with our son, which meant the world to us as parents. The front office and admissions team are terrific. Ms. Kim and Ms. Vanessa are always responsive, kind, and helpful. They answer the phone whenever we call, address our questions or concerns, and make communication with families feel easy and reassuring. Our son is now in the Toddler classroom and continues to receive amazing care from Ms. Makayla, Clarissa & Delia. We can see how much he's learning, growing, and enjoying his time at school. The environment is warm, nurturing, & positive, and the teachers truly care about the children. We are so thankful to have found Primrose School of Mill Creek. It has been a wonderful experience for our family, and we highly recommend it to any parents looking for a caring, dependable, and supportive daycare.
