  Our experience with KinderCare Mill Creek has been truly exceptional. My son was born during COVID and is naturally shy, which made finding the right daycare very stressful for us. Before coming here, we tried two other daycares in the area and unfortunately had very difficult experiences. It was affecting my ability to work and, as a mom, I was devastated trying to find the right place where my son would feel safe and cared for. Another mom who had been in a similar situation recommended KinderCare Mill Creek, and it turned out to be the best decision we could have made. From the very beginning, the teachers showed genuine care and love for my son. They were patient, attentive, and really took the time to help him adjust. Within just a few weeks, he went from being anxious about daycare to actually loving going every day. Since Director Brittany joined, the center has become even more impressive. She has brought great structure, organization, and discipline to the program, and you can truly see the positive impact across the center. It feels like the daycare is continuing to grow and reach the next level under her leadership. Not only did my son gain confidence and make many friends, but he also learned so much during his time there. He started reading, developed important social skills, and was even potty trained with their support. I am incredibly grateful to the entire team at KinderCare Mill Creek. If you are looking for a daycare where teachers genuinely care about your child’s well-being and development, I highly recommend this center to any parent.

  After Ms. Maribel (director of the Center) came a lot of things have changed. She has great discipline about everything. The Center is cleaner now, she hired great people for their positions and she is solving any problem you discuss her. If you have an infant baby you trust easily your kiddo to Ms. Jordyn (infant class teacher) and you can have peace in your mind. She is very kind to all babies, super patient and full of love for the babies. If you have a toddler you still can make sure your kiddo will be happy there even if she/he will cry at the of the day when it's time to go home 😁 Ms. Janessa the best teacher I have been seeing in my life. My 3 y.o daughter was a super picky eater and not an easy child at all. But after Ms. Janessa came to the center my daughter started to eat. She is extremely in love with her teacher and every weekend we have a drama because my daughter wants to go to see Ms.Janessa even at her home even not at school 😁 Enroll your kids and even refer this location to your family and friends. This location is AMAZING!!! ❤️

  Not recommended at all ! I was very excited from two months when I had started to drop my toddler in but the management of this place disappointed me . There is no enough teachers and the teachers whose working they are not friendly at all maybe because they are working more than 10 hours per day so that they couldn't take care enough by kids.

  I found the first review to be more accurate then the second for my experience with this center. They seem to have a mentality that if your child can conform to the rigid schedule and not need too much attention then they can handle it. If your child needs to be monitored when playing with paint and markers for example, all bets are off. My child ALWAYS comes home a mess. Because of the teacher's inability to watch my child we have had to replace about $50.00 worth of brand new clothes in a matter of three days. The staff in that particular class are under trained and inexperienced with teaching and providing for children. There are only about four staff members that actually know what they are doing and work really hard to care for their kids but most of them work part time. If you can avoid going here I highly suggest it; if not, expect unexplained bumps and bruises, ruined clothes and children lashing out. But hey, they have a pretty good lunch menu!
