  My child has been going here for 4 years, since she was 4 months old. We love this place! Every classroom she's been in has been wonderful, and the teachers are very knowledgeable. I appreciate the daily updates and photos, and the art projects they do with the kids are so cute (we have a collection of special holiday crafts that we'll keep forever). I know my child is loved and cared for here. She's starting kindergarten in the fall, and honestly I'm a little sad she won't be seeing her favorite teachers every day. Thank you Panther Lake for everything!

  My daughter is currently a student in the preschool program and I could not be happier! Who lives here from Maryland in the spring and they've been so welcoming all of the staff, the director and the children everybody was super happy the food is good it really is her second home 🏠

  So far my kids have been going here for just over a month. I am pleased with the staff and facilities thus far. It’s not perfect, but my kids are safe, well taken care of and happy. I am always amazed at how quiet the infant room is when I pick my son up. How they manage to have so many babies happy I have no idea.

  One of the worst daycares my child has ever gone to. I loved the teachers, but the higher up staff was rude and short with me. I got a bill back in July notifying me I still owed money and when I called (multiple times) and emailed them to see exactly what it was for they told me they’d get back to me, but never did. Then in JANUARY they send me a bill again, still never having got back to me. At the time my child was attending she was getting chronic ear infections. She was there one day (after she had gotten antibiotics at the doctor the day before) and had a fever. They wouldn’t let me leave her and made me miss an entire day of work. Washington law states they must have at least TWO symptoms to have to stay home. I even told them I could call the doctor to confirm she’s not contagious but they still wouldn’t let her stay. Kinder care is hardly a daycare and more of a corporation that they just pile in as many kids as legally allowed to the point where the teachers are so overwhelmed they can’t even keep track of the kids. My child was bit 4 times in one month, one of those times on the face and it broke the skin. The kid who did it still wasn’t removed until he bit even more children. My child was sick constantly when she was there and I had to miss so much work because of it. She’s now at a new daycare (almost a year now), has not been big or sick one time.
