  Really unsatisfied with the current director. We had our toddler enrolled for some time and were due to have our second child so arranged for our toddler to visit his grandma while we got our newborn settled in. We made it very clear to the director our intentions to return him to their care upon him returning from Gma’s. To our surprise Abby went ahead and unenrolled our toddler creating even more stress and headache during this already hectic times. Other staff was kind and caring.

  My time here at this Kindercare has been nothing short of amazing. I have 2 children that currently go here and I have been beyond amazed with the communication and care that goes into my kids. As any parent knows, finding a daycare provider is all about finding that right fit. Your daycare provider is basically your child's parent away from home. The entire staff is all about making sure your children are happy, always smiling, educated and well taken care of. Nan Tate is the director of the daycare and is so amazing at making sure this location runs smoothly and making sure her staff treats these kids with the upmost care and gives them the education that they need. Sabrina also works right next to Nan and Sabrina has the most kind and caring heart I have ever seen in a person. There is not a day that goes by without her making sure to put a smile on everyone's face, she even goes out of her way to find out more about how the parents are doing and what she can do to make life easier on the parents. My 3 year old has been diagnosed with autism and is everything short from being an easy child to deal with. They have gone out of their way to help problem solve and find the absolute best solutions for him. My sons teacher her name is Jayden. She is in the toddler room. She is fully aware of the challenges that my son faces on a day to day basis. two days ago she went out of her way to have a personalized conversation with me to see what kind of techniques work for me and dealing with my son at home, asked me how she could be a better help to his education and care, she also communicated to me with things that she is doing with my son that are helping him to succeed day to day under her care. When I left there after my conversation with Jayden-the toddler teacher, I started crying. Crying with tears of joy that my children are being treated with nothing but love and care. As we all know, it take a VILLAGE to raise a child. Well this kindercare is MY village. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone and everyone because the staff here are nothing but amazing and have became basically my childrens second family. Thank you East Hill Kindercare !!

  As a parent one of the hardest decisions is putting trust into complete strangers to care for your child during the work day, The easiest part is when they becone FAMILY!!!!The staff at this facility is AMAZING!!! This is a GREAT CHOICE when looking for childcare. THANK YOU EAST HILL KINDERCARE FOR TREATING MINE LIKE YOUR OWN😍😍😍
