Our daughter started at Evergreen Academy this month and it has been the smoothest daycare transition that we ever could have hoped for. On day one she said she loved it and wanted to stay longer! We immediately noticed positive changes at home as well. We could not be more pleased with our decision. Thank you Evergreen!

Evergreen Academy Montessori has truly been a second family to us. Both of my children have attended here, and our experience has been exceptional from the very beginning. My daughter started in the infant room at just 4.5 months, and the teachers were incredibly caring, gentle, and attentive. Their kindness gave me real peace of mind during those early months. She recently transitioned into the toddler program, and her teacher has been wonderfully supportive in helping her adjust. My son began at Evergreen at 15 months in the toddler class, and his journey continued through primary and pre‑K until he left for kindergarten. The care, patience, and dedication he received at every stage helped him grow, gain confidence, and truly thrive. With both of my children, the consistency of care — from infant to toddler for my daughter, and from toddler through pre‑K for my son — has been remarkable. The teachers are nurturing, attentive, and genuinely invested in each child’s development. And the principal, Forozan Zamani, leads with warmth and professionalism, and her commitment to creating a loving, supportive environment is felt throughout the school. For any parent looking for a safe, caring, and growth‑focused place for their infant, toddler, or preschooler, I wholeheartedly recommend Evergreen Academy Montessori. It is a place where children are supported, encouraged to shine, and guided to discover their potential. I’m forever grateful for everything they’ve done for both of my kids.

We have had 2 (soon to be 3) of our children attend Evergreen Academy, and we truly cannot say enough good things about our experience. We’ve had positive experiences with all of the teachers and staff, and we’ve really appreciated how conflict and challenges are approached. When one of my kids has been struggling with something, I’ve received a phone call or had an in-person conversation with specific feedback and a collaborative discussion about how we can work together to resolve it. The office staff is friendly, approachable, and genuinely in the loop about what’s going on in each of the classrooms. One of our children has had medical issues throughout their time at Evergreen, and the staff has always been very transparent about what they could and could not accommodate, which I greatly appreciated. We used another childcare center before finding Evergreen, and pickup was always stressful—the classrooms were chaotic and loud. I have never found that to be the case at Evergreen. The kids have an opportunity to be kids while still being in a structured, safe, and nurturing environment. My kids love coming to school here, and I have confidence that they are safe, learning lots, and enjoying their day. We feel very lucky to have found Evergreen!

Our experience with Evergreen Montessori Issaquah was frustrating from start to finish. After the initial registration and paying the fees, we waited weeks with no confirmation that we have been added to the waitlist. Upon following up if a spot was available 5 months later, my emails were ignored until multiple calls were made. Management lost track of our $100 registration fee—and only waived it after I proved the check had already cleared my bank. Once the enrolment date approached, I was expecting onboarding instructions, parent portal details, and supply lists. None of these were provided until after I followed up over email. The 1-2 year old toddler classroom environment was equally disappointing: The teachers seemed constantly overwhelmed, offering cold, dismissive, and curt responses whenever approached. Photo updates were sparse (1–2 daily), and requests for more communication were brushed off as the class being "too busy." The teachers made no efforts to get to know my child. During enrollment, we had filled out detailed forms about our child’s likes, dislikes, and family background, only for the principal to later confirm these were never even handed to the classroom teachers. The principal offered no real support either, simply telling us to "wait another week for the child to get adjusted." We pulled our toddler out shortly after starting due to the lack of warmth and poor communication. To make matters worse, the school kept our deposit without offering any refund. I would not recommend this Academy
