  Teachers don’t clean their rooms thoroughly they also yell at the kids and constantly threaten them. My daughters come home feeling embarrassed almost every day. Teachers are constantly quitting. Kids are constantly put into classrooms that their families aren’t paying for. My 3 year old was in a PRE K class for weeks for months. Money scam.

  Our 3-year-old has been at KinderCare for about six months now, and it has been such a wonderful experience. From day one, the teachers and staff have made him feel comfortable, supported, and excited to learn. Mrs. Ashley, the director, is truly amazing—she has such a passion for the kids and always makes sure families feel heard and cared for. She’s easily one of our favorite parts of this center. When our son started in the Discovery Preschool room, Ms. Alex was his teacher, and she was incredible at helping him settle into daycare for the first time. He warmed up to her right away, and her kindness made such a difference. Since moving up to the Preschool room, Ms. Destiny and Ms. Lexie have been just as wonderful—patient, encouraging, and so good with the kids. I also love that KinderCare really focuses on both learning and play. It’s not just a free-for-all; the structure and activities are intentional and fun. The phonics classes especially have blown me away—our son is already sounding out words and even reading a few simple ones, which I never expected at this age! The whole facility is clean, welcoming, and filled with staff who clearly love what they do. I honestly couldn’t imagine a better place for our child, and we are so thankful to have found it.

  Do NOT send your children here. They are constantly having staffing issues where parents are unable to bring their children are for the day. They started having even worse issues and parents were bringing up concerns and so they claimed that CPS and other agencies had been notified to conduct an investigation and make sure our children were safe. Turns out they LIED! This facility needs to be shut down.

  I have been very impressed with the loving, caring, and patient care the teachers and staff have shown my 11 month old daughter. My baby has thrived with the social interactions with other kids. She also enjoys fun activities that are organized weekly, specially water day. My daughter really struggles with naps and the tenderness and patience the staff showed her when she is having a full meltdown is really impressive.She is particularly fond of their director, and many times you would find my baby snuggled up in her arms. It was the only way she would sleep in the first few days! The entire daycare staff has been really organized and taking all the necessary precautions to ensure the safety of the students during COVID. They are truly doing a really great job, especially considering the current circumstances. We have had a great experience, thank you KinderCare!

  This Kindercare is absolutely terrible and unprofessional. Please do not trust your child going here. My baby was supposed to start care at the end of the month. Two weeks before care, Director stated the start date has been pushed back to March. I start work soon and had to scramble to find another childcare, which is hard to do in Kitsap County. Director stated their computer system didn't show a baby leaving soon, and now a few families start date has changed. Lastly, I know this was a sign for the good. The facility smelled like baby poop. When I completed my tour, I noticed some of the kids were dirty. One class was very loud and the teacher was on her phone. PLEASE BE AWARE!!!
