My son started in Toddler 3 when he was just 18 months old, and Wei and Mary provided the most loving and attentive care during those precious early months. When we transitioned to EPS, Diana Amell and Renata Mahrer continued that same warmth and dedication—they've been absolutely amazing. My son lights up every morning and genuinely loves going to school now. Seeing him so happy and excited to learn has been the greatest gift. The clean and welcoming environment, along with the nutritious meals, gave us such peace of mind throughout. We're so grateful for the care our son has received at every stage and highly recommend Primrose School to other families looking for a nurturing early education experience.

The highlight of our day every day was getting updates on the curriculum and activities happening in class. The teachers were incredibly thoughtful and caring and our child got comfortable so quickly. We would recommend any of our friends go to Primrose of West Bellevue for their infants! They also provide meals, which is a special perk that we didn't see at many other facilities.

Our recent departure was only due to us moving out of state. PSWB is a wonderful community of dedicated and friendly staff and administration. We started attending in January 2021 in the midst of the pandemic - a terrifying time for any parent. Throughout the worst of the pandemic, the school acted in the best interest of the children and the staff to keep everyone safe and healthy with clear communication and transparency as well as minimal disruption to their care and education. Our daughter thrived during her time at PSWB. She is outgoing, friendly, caring, and bold. The principles taught at Primrose, as well as the engaged and supportive staff, foster an environment where kids develop their social skills and educational foundation. We are so grateful to Primrose. Highly recommend!
