  We took a leap of faith with signing up before construction was complete and we couldn’t be happier. They take great care of our little one and make communication a priority by logging everything in an app so I can stay up to date with everything that happens during the day. The teachers work with your child’s schedule and help reinforce the development that you are working on at home. The administrative staff answer questions in a timely manner and also work with military child care subsidy programs.

  As a naturally anxious and incredibly picky mom, finding the right preschool for my son was a daunting task. I can honestly say that Primrose has exceeded my expectations in every single way. From safety and curriculum to the sheer kindness and care of the staff, they have been phenomenal. My son has been happy here since day one. He transitioned smoothly from part-time to full-time care and genuinely looks forward to going to school most days. I also absolutely love the communication. Getting updates throughout the day about what he’s eating, what he’s learning, alongside periodic photos, gives me total peace of mind while I'm away. I am so incredibly pleased with our experience that my only complaint is that they don’t go all the way up to K-12! If you are a parent looking for a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment, look no further.

  You all have no idea how much it means to us to have a safe, caring, educational environment for our kids. She talks about each of you every. single. day. after school, on the weekends, all of the time. You all are impacting these kids so much. Your patience is seen. Your love is seen. To the leadership team- thank you for upholding standards and expectations, and ensuring the school remains a safe, nurturing environment. Leaving your child in the hands of anyone is stressful!! And you all make it a little easier. Forthright, honest communication is SO important - thank you.

  As first-time parents, finding childcare we truly trusted felt overwhelming—but choosing Primrose has been one of the best decisions we’ve made. From day one, it’s been clear this is more than a childcare facility—it’s a community. What stands out most is the consistency of care across the entire team. Everyone in the building knows our son by name, and there’s always genuine warmth and recognition when we walk the halls. Even at 11 months old, he knows them too—he smiles, lights up, and is genuinely happy to be there. There are four core teachers in our son’s room who are truly wonderful and know him as well as we do. There are also floaters who step in during breaks or staffing needs, and even they truly know him and are familiar to him. That level of connection across everyone caring for him is rare, and it makes all the difference. This level of consistency reflects the genuine love, patience, and care shown every day—not just for him, but for us as a family as well. We never have to worry during the day, and that peace of mind is something we don’t take for granted. The communication and updates keep us feeling connected and at ease, and it’s clear how much thought and care goes into every part of his day. We are so grateful for the role Primrose has played in our son’s life during such an important stage, and we would recommend it without hesitation.

  Thank you to all of the wonderful Primrose staff! You all make the environment welcoming, fun, comforting, and a joy to be a part of. Choosing childcare is so difficult, but knowing our kids are somewhere safe and with people who help them grow is such a relief. Every staff member always greets us with a smile, makes effort to know our names, and goes out of their way to help with any need. It is the best community! Special thanks to the toddler and preschool teachers. You all do such a wonderful job with the little ones helping them transition and learn fun things. I love hearing about the day, seeing the pictures you take, and all of the fun activities you do. It is hard to find quality childcare and Primrose is the jackpot. So grateful to be a part of it.
