  I just want to start off by saying how great this KinderCare is 10/10 let’s begin with each and every teacher greets the parents and kids every morning customer service is beyond amazing but not only that but my kids medical conditions are tooken seriously they stay on top of it if any incidents happen they notify parents same day as well as working with them my children have learned so much being at this center and highly recommend parents to bring children there they work with you communicate with you and work with our children in ways we aren’t as parents would like to due to having to work BIG SHOUT OUT TO STAFF HONESTLY!!!

  This daycare has caused nothing but behavioral issues for my son since attending and the director (all three of them in less than a years timespan) has never once had my son’s best interest in mind. Constantly targeting him and singling him out, not communicating to me as a parent seriously about any behavioral counselings, nor taking the necessary steps to make a behavioral plan for my child but was willing to do so for other children admitted by the district manager. My son would come home with unexplained marks/ bruises and when I addressed it I was made to feel I was overreacting cuz “it happens” but a busted lip does in fact not just “happen” with no explanation. My son would tell me one specific teacher was mean to him, scratched him, that she doesn’t like “mommy and daddy” which to me sounds like conversations are being had around my child that are not appropriate. There are no cameras and the directors are going to pick the teacher before they pick your kid. My child was also often picked up wet from his nap and not being given his extra change of clothes so he can change so he was in soiled clothing for 3+ hours before i picked him up and that progressed for over 2 weeks. Do not recommend they will not take you seriously and gaslight you.

  My daughter has been attending this before and after care program for about 6-7 months . My daughter was very shy at first but with the welcoming and family oriented energy they have along with the friendliness of the other children my daughter warmed up in almost no time ! Throughout the time we have been serviced here we did have a few issues with the constant change of management as a parent I started to get a little frustrated at the unprofessionalism of the first two directors but BABY then along came Ms.Jenelle !!!! I am oh so very grateful for her ! Whatever yall are paying her ? TRIPLE IT ! From the moment she took over I have noticed the change in the atmosphere, the cleanliness of the center , the new hires and current staff seemed a lot more organized , relaxed, professional, and even more welcoming . Ms Jenelle takes the time to speak to every parent as they come in or as they’re going out . She is never hiding in her office , she is always there for any questions or concerns, most importantly she never hesitates to let it be known through her words but also her actions and work ethic that she cares about the children and there safety. We appreciate you Kindercare Rosemont ❤️ way to go on the improvement and we love love loveeeee all the staff including Ms. Jenelle.

  This center has been fantastic since day one, but what happened February 1 shows how far above and beyond the staff at the Rosemont Kindercare goes. I picked up my daughter early for a dentist appointment, which she was nervous about. Her classroom teacher, Ms. Kyzie, spent the morning talking to her about the dentist to help put her mind at ease. As we were leaving, every single member of the center came out and spoke words of encouragement to my daughter. Not only does the staff there know the names of every child regardless of what room they are in, they each also take the time to develop a personal connection with each child. As a teacher myself, I was awestruck by the level of compassion and caring the staff provided to my daughter. It really does take a village to raise a child, and we could not have picked a better one.

  My children recently started at the Rosemont kindercare a couple months ago. There are three directors there and all are very hard to get a hold of during the day. It seems like they show up for morning drop offs and evening pick ups to show face for the parents, but every time I call in the day one or the classroom teachers answers and says one of the directors will be back later. EVERY TIME I call or show up I’m told there is no director there. Who is in charge?? Very recently I went to pick my kids up, (they are twins, they are in the same classroom but separated in different age groups. One of my kids told me his teacher grabbed his brothers arm. I brought this up to two of the directors where I felt it was brushed off, later that night again my son is now telling me that his brothers teacher grabbed his arm because he was in trouble and he didn’t want to go to school anymore. The director said “well you know how your son gets sometimes” and once again said that it did not happen. I pulled my children out of this daycare immediately. When I go to pick my children up I hear teachers yelling at the kids every day. Don’t recommend this daycare. Find one with cameras and staff that cares!!
