The teachers are very caring and they do absolutely everything to meet your Childs needs. The staff and Center Director (Ms Tondie) constantly communicate with you through the app if any changes or activities going on at the center. Ms Bibi and Ms Saher do an outstanding job with the kids and go out their way to help you if anything needed. Lastly, I just really want to say thank you so much to everyone that works here for supporting my children through our rough times, for keeping them save and for helping them grow day by day. Thank you!

West Springfield has a friendly environment. All staff and Management work together to make this place the best. Ms Tondie and Bibi is always there to answered my questions and resolved any problems.
