  My child’s time there was positive, and I do think parents could benefit from enrolling their kids here. However, I did encounter an issue when my son’s care ended on July 25th. When I went to retrieve his belongings which included his blanket, clothes, pampers, and wipes. I was informed they were misplaced. I understand accidents happen, but I do feel this could be handled with more organization and accountability to ensure personal items are returned promptly.

  My son has been going to this center since he was 16months old, he will be 3 in March. I love the staff here, they treat the kids as if they were their own! They have taught my son so much and I trust them when he is in their care! I would highly recommend this center to anyone in the area looking for a safe place to send your child!

  Absolutely love this kindercare location the director , assistant director and all of the teachers are responsive , engaging and wonderful with the children. They are always are finding fun and educational ideas for the kids. The center is clean and nicely decorated. Love it!

  My daughter has been attending the Pump Rd KinderCare for five months and it has been a very positive experience. The staff is wonderful. All of the teachers in the infant room have been friendly, patient, kind, and attentive. My daughter loves the food and she's always learning something new. I am grateful for the excellent level of care they provide.
