  I am writing to formally express my concerns regarding the quality of service and management here at Soapstone. Unfortunately, my experience has not met the standards that were promised or reasonably expected. Over time, I have observed several issues that are concerning, including but not limited to: * Lack of clear communication from management * Unprofessional behavior and poor responsiveness to concerns raised * Inadequate handling of complaints and follow-up * Frequent staff changes and poor organization * Unprofessionalism of speaking poorly to the staff, I have witnessed a multiple occasion, the vulgar language of which the management speaks to her employees. * Whenever I drop off my child, we are early birds there is never any management around to discuss any issues when I pick up in the afternoon it’s a rare occasion where there are sitting in the front and available. * Management doesn’t make the center feel welcoming as other schools or businesses. These issues have caused significant frustration and concern, particularly as they relate to the safety, well-being, and development of the children in your care. I expect daycare management to maintain a safe, respectful, and well-organized environment. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response.

  Dilapidated building, my daughter reported that her teacher consistently yelled at them, i saw no progress in education. And the minute I put in two weeks notice all communication and professionalism stopped. They wouldn't even provide our documents after written, over the phone, and in person requests.

  My daughter has been going to the Soapstone KinderCare for the past 3 years and we absolutely love it! The management is wonderful, the staff is amazing and my daughter is always excited to be there. The summer camp activities are always something she looks forward to attending. I’m grateful to say that my daughter is apart of such a wonder center we enjoy this place!

  Kindercare has been the first "daycare" setting I've ever had to use. My youngest son comes to this location and I have never doubted that he is being loved and taken care of while there. Every morning for the past year he has attended, it's hit or miss with his mood. (Severe attachment issues with mommy) He's either ok and content, or he's falling out and screaming. On those tough days, I honestly sometimes feel the emotions of leaving him too, but this staff is incredible. They are sensitive to my feelings about leaving him upset and they comfort him to let him know that he's ok without mommy. If there has ever been an issue (mostly my son's behavior and hitting others) Mr. Josh and Ms. Bee are great with addressing all concerns and making sure I feel stress free about it. I could call out and recognize every teacher in the building because they treat all of the kids with nothing but love, from drop off to pick up. They all shower him with love and I see them do it with all of the other children as well. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking in the area.

  I came in for a tour a few weeks ago and the Director and Assistant Director sold me from the minute I sat down in their office. This center had a warm and welcoming feel. Me and my husband just moved here from Texas and we were looking for a child care facility that would feel like home. The staff definitely makes us feel comfortable with leaving our son there all day. We love our new center.
