  We cannot say enough wonderful things about Primrose School of Reston. From the very beginning, our experience has been nothing short of exceptional. The administrators are incredibly welcoming, organized, and genuinely invested in the well-being of our daughter. They create an environment that feels both professional and deeply caring, which immediately put us at ease as a parent from day one. The teachers are truly outstanding. It’s clear they are passionate about what they do and deeply committed to each child’s growth and happiness. They take the time to know and understand our daughter as an individual, and that attention and care show in everything - from the daily interactions to the thoughtful way they support her development day after day. One of the most remarkable aspects of Primrose is how well our daughter has grown through each stage. She started in the youngest infant room and has now progressed into the toddler program, and every single classroom has been just as warm and nurturing as the last. Through the classroom transitions, it’s always clear there is a consistent standard of excellence across the entire school and the administrators/teachers pay attention to even the smallest of details. The classrooms themselves are impeccably maintained - clean, organized, and thoughtfully arranged to support learning and exploration. The structure and organization in each room are fantastic, creating an environment where our daughter can thrive, feel comfortable, and stay engaged throughout her day. We also greatly appreciate the communication. The various daily updates give us real peace of mind and help us stay connected to our daughter’s day - what she’s learning, how she’s interacting, and the little moments that the teachers notice and want to share with us. That level of transparency and care makes a huge difference. But most importantly, we feel completely safe and confident with our daughter in Primrose's care. There is no greater reassurance than knowing she is in such a supportive and enriching environment. We see her growing, learning, and developing new skills every day, both socially and academically, even at a young age, and the Primrose staff plays the key role in that progress that we see in our daughter. Beyond the fundamentals, what truly sets Primrose School of Reston apart is the sense of community they intentionally foster. It feels like a partnership between Primrose and my family, with a shared commitment to supporting my daughter and her development. We are incredibly grateful to be part of the Primrose community and would wholeheartedly recommend Primrose School of Reston to any family looking for a high-quality, safe, nurturing learning environment.

  As a parent, I cannot recommend this facility. While the teachers do their best, severe management neglect, safety violations, and public health failures are deeply alarming. The center has battled Hand, Foot, and Mouth Disease for months. Management routinely shuffles exposed kids into clean rooms and fails to isolate sick siblings, keeping the virus in a continuous loop. Worse, the environment is unsafe. Infant crib wheels do not lock, creating a severe hazard, and the infant room is dangerously hot. Shockingly, a Pathways teacher constantly yells, aggressively pulls children by their arms, and shuts them in a dark bathroom with the lights off. Management knows and does nothing. The administration runs a toxic, cheap operation. Despite high tuition, they refuse to supply basic curriculum materials, forcing teachers to beg parents for supplies. Due to high staff turnover, management is always covering ratios, completely abandoning their oversight duties. Protect your kids and go elsewhere.

  We had our son for little time, but the words cannot express how happy we were with Primrose School of Reston. For starters, they were very flexible and open to start whenever we needed to. They informed us through the whole process, no matter how many questions we had. Their administrative staff is amazing. They were on top of documents, coordination and planning with the doctor’s office. Always able to assist us at any point. Their teachers are GREAT!! They were able to engage with our son and figured out his feeding and sleeping patterns really fast. And they very understanding of our situation when we needed to take our son out of the school. Overall, we think Primrose is the perfect institution for your little ones to attend. Their facility is top notch. The technology they use to be in contact with families is very reliable.   This preschool is amazing!!! They really go above and beyond to meet my child where he’s at and my son loves his school! Beyond grateful we found this place. If you’re lucky enough to get a spot, take it!
