From the facility to the teachers and management, everything was exceptional. I’m incredibly grateful for everything my kids learned during their time there, and I truly believe the Primrose experience helped set them up for success in elementary school.

During these formative years, Primrose has been a cornerstone for his rapid development, providing a place for him to make friends, learn in a safe environment, and thrive under teachers and administrators who truly care. This has been a wonderful experience for us as parents and we are so grateful to the entire staff at Primrose who have had a direct impact on our son.
- KKKatherineJul 16, 20243.0My child did well in the first classroom assignment. Very kind teachers who help our child overcome separation anxiety. Her second classroom assignment had a very unfriendly teacher who wouldn’t acknowledge or make eye contact with my husband or me at pick up or drop off. In the second classroom our child also came home with 3 episodes diarrhea in one month. Our child would go to school, catch the diarrheal illness, stay home and fully recover, and then within days of returning catch it again. This classroom needs to have a serious deep clean or change the hygiene practices. The respiratory illnesses come with the daycare territory but the diarrheal illnesses are preventable and were a deal breaker for us.
- FBFrank BellangerMar 27, 20182.0My wife and I have recently decided to take our son out of this school for multiple reasons, we have had multiple incidents where our child had a bruised eye or a scratch on his face , and when we asked the teacher, she is unable to tell us how or what happened. We were told that they meet the state requirements of 1 teacher to every 10 students. My sons class has 20, and pre-K 2 has over 25 , yet I have never seen a 3 rd teacher in the class ever! It’s clear that the company model, and Proffitt’s mean more then safety for our son! You can only write so many emails, and ask to have meetings so many times times before that becomes clear. I will say they have a good curriculum, but for the money you’re paying, you also want accountability! We are from NJ, so I guess we just expected more then the state requirements!
