Primrose has been an amazing opportunity for our son to learn and grow. He has absolutely loved his time at Primrose. During these formative years, Primrose has been a cornerstone for his rapid development, providing a place for him to make friends, learn in a safe environment, and thrive under teachers and administrators who truly care. This has been a wonderful experience for us as parents and we are so grateful to the entire staff at Primrose who have had a direct impact on our son.

We've had exceptional experience at Primrose School at Westerre Commons for our son. He has shown remarkable growth in both learning and social skills - his confidence, independence and enthusiasm have noticeably increased. As parents, we've also felt very comfortable dropping him off each day - reassuring to know he is in a safe and caring environment. We're always been warmly greeted by the teachers and staff at the school & that personal touch really makes a difference. The teachers are caring, attentive and genuinely invested in their children's development and we truly appreciate all the regular updates we receive. Overall, extremely happy and satisfied!

We love Primrose! Our daughter has attended since she was 2 and will be graduating from pre-k in June. Our son started in the infant room at 3 months and is now with the young toddlers. They are both thriving and love going to school. We feel like our children are in very caring hands and are so happy to have found this school when we moved to Glen Allen 3 years ago.

After our family spent SIX years here (and hundreds of thousands of dollars, truly), they de-enrolled my 3-year-old son with a one-day notice. He hadn’t mastered potty training and was having a really tough time while his classmates moved up to preschool, then as was standard during our time at Primrose, his beloved teachers suddenly vanished and were replaced with a carousel of new teachers over the next few weeks. I know that being three is no walk in the park, but this place has extremely high expectations of new staff but clearly doesn’t pay them enough, which causes constant turnover of teachers and constant chaos and uncertainty for students and their parents. I had just spoken to the owner about my son telling me that “Miss Janice” was squeezing his hands too hard and she assured me that we’d work together to help my son know he was safe and a week later he was de-enrolled. I am sick thinking about how much time my family spent in this building with these people.
