Where do I even begin? This was, without question, the most disingenuous daycare experience I have ever had. My son attended this center for a few months. He started as a cheerful, outgoing, and happy little boy, but over time he began crying and having what looked like panic attacks before being dropped off each morning. As a parent of a two-year-old, that was extremely alarming and made me question what was happening when I wasn't there. On multiple occasions, I arrived early and quietly listened before making my presence known. I overheard teachers calling my son "a big baby" and making negative comments about him. One older teacher, in particular, frequently used inappropriate language and spoke to children in ways I found completely unacceptable. I also witnessed her slamming chairs, stomping her feet, and displaying behavior that I believe no childcare professional should exhibit around young children. Unfortunately, it didn't stop there. Every time I walked in unexpectedly, there always seemed to be at least one teacher sitting down while yelling at the children because they "wouldn't listen." The classroom next door wasn't much different. The teachers consistently appeared overwhelmed, frustrated, and emotionally exhausted, creating an environment that did not feel nurturing or supportive. In the toddler and infant rooms, I regularly observed staff arguing with one another about responsibilities, including diaper changes, instead of working together as a team. When dropping off my son's milk in the kitchen, I overheard staff discussing rats and also saw what appeared to be roaches in that area. While I cannot speak to the rest of the building, hearing those conversations and seeing insects where children's food was handled raised serious concerns for me. I brought these concerns directly to both the director and the co-director. They assured me the issues would be addressed and promised that changes would be made. Unfortunately, despite those assurances, I did not observe any meaningful improvements. The same behaviors continued, and the concerns I raised remained unresolved. The most concerning part was how quickly everything changed whenever a parent walked through the door. The atmosphere instantly shifted, voices changed, smiles appeared, and suddenly it became the "perfect daycare." From my experience, they were exceptionally good at putting on a show for parents while behaving very differently when they believed no one was watching. If you're considering this center, DON’T. They’re are safer options out there

I’ve had the opportunity to spend time at this Kindercare location and have been consistently impressed by the professionalism and care shown by the staff. The director and assistant director does an excellent job leading the center and creating a positive environment where children are safe, engaged and well cared for. The staff are attentive, patient, and genuinely invested in the well-being of the children. It’s clear that safety is a priority, and the team works hard to maintain a structured and welcoming atmosphere every day. Everyone is friendly, supportive, and willing to go the extra mile. This center is fortunate to have such a dedicated director and staff.

I am incredibly grateful for the love, care, and support that Kindercare Learning Center has provided for my daughter. From the time she was an infant until now in the toddler room, the staff has consistently nurtured, encouraged, and cared for her like family. It means so much to know that my daughter is in an environment where she is not only safe and loved, but also learning and growing every day. Since moving into the toddler room, I have seen tremendous growth in her communication, independence, and overall development. She is learning so much, and it is clear that her teachers are deeply invested in helping her thrive. I truly appreciate the patience, dedication, and genuine love the staff shows each child. Thank you, Kindercare, for being such an important part of my daughter’s early years and for helping shape her into the amazing little learner she is becoming.
