I could not be more grateful to every member of the team at this school who have welcomed my son with open arms and continue to nurture and provide the best care for him and his peers. They have made the transition from moving to a new state and starting day care so much smoother for us and we really appreciate the love, support, and genuine kindness from everyone at this school. Thank you so much for everything!

We’ve had such a wonderful experience with this school. Our daughter was very slow to warm up when she first started, and the transition was not easy for her. The teachers were patient, caring, and gave her the time and support she needed to feel comfortable without rushing her. Seeing how much she has changed since then has been amazing. She now skips into her classroom in the morning, talks about her friends and teachers at home, and sometimes when I come to pick her up, she tells me she wasn’t ready to leave because she was still having fun on the playground. As a parent, there is no better feeling than knowing your child is genuinely happy and feels safe at school. I also really appreciate the communication from her teachers. They share the sweet moments and progress with us, but they are also comfortable bringing up things she is still working on. I feel like we are working together to help her grow, rather than simply being told that she had a “good day.” What I love most is seeing her become more confident and independent while still being completely herself. She has built real relationships with her teachers and friends, and we hear little stories about school all the time at home now. We feel very lucky to have found a school where our daughter is so happy, cared for, and excited to go each day. We are truly grateful for her teachers and everyone who has helped make school such a positive part of her life. ❤️

My son has been at Primrose for the past two weeks, and while it was an adjustment from his regular school, the staff was there to guide and support him the whole way. I hope we're able to do periodic drop-ins in the future! There have been some staff changes over the summer, including the Director leaving, but Brittany, the assistant director, has been holding things down. If you see her, know that she's probably juggling a dozen things at once - she's got her focus face on (not grumpy!). Brittany has been incredibly helpful with our family, patiently answering the countless questions we've had. We really appreciate her for that. Even on the more chaotic days, you can count on support from the staff, which means a lot when our kids are still figuring things out right alongside us.

I don’t even know where to begin with how grateful we are for this preschool. From the moment you walk through the door, you can feel how genuinely kind and happy everyone is to be there. Brittany greets families so warmly, and that same feeling carries throughout the entire school. One of the things that stands out most to me is how well the staff know and care about all of the children, even when they aren’t their full-time teachers. My son absolutely loves everyone there and has become especially attached to Brittany, Alexa, Jenya, Megan, and the other wonderful teachers who rotate through his classroom. As a mom, there is nothing better than being able to peek through the door and see him smiling, actively playing, and completely comfortable in his environment. The daily updates and photos give me so much peace of mind and help me feel connected to his day even when I’m not there. Most importantly, he is flourishing. He is happy to go to school, clearly feels safe and loved, and is learning and growing so much. Knowing that he is surrounded by people who genuinely care about him means more to our family than I can put into words. We feel incredibly lucky to have found this school and this community.

We love this school BUT Brittany is kinda rude and it’s not a great way to start the day with her frowny face, other than that no complains at all.
