  DO NOT ENTRUST YOUR CHILDREN TO THIS FACILITY. My experience is appalling. Dogwood KinderCare not only failed due diligence while my ex committed fraud, but they assisted him and ignored a subpoena for my child's records. Staff was rude and lied about my parental rights. This facility’s disregard for the law and parental rights makes me fear for children's safety. They could allow a kidnapper to take a child. Steer clear!

  Our son attended Kindercare for over a year and it was a bit of a roller coaster. While the center improved from when we started, several things happened that didn’t sit well with us. While we were still part of it, we raised a few safety concerns and did not feel like the environment was as nurturing as we would have liked it to be. From our point of view, there wasn’t enough focus on learning and development. Staff could use more help to take better care if the kiddos without being distracted with other activities. There are several good teachers there but doesn’t feel like they are set up to succeed.

  We have two boys who have been going to KinderCare and MJ has turned around this place! All of the staff have been great for the most part and truly care about the kids. Highly recommend this daycare!

  The new director doesn't care abut the safety, health, or security of the enrolled children. Multiple children left outside unattended on different occasions, and some of these events when improperly reported or completely unreported. Lastly, when an issue with a staff member's infant child's feeding schedule was brought to her attention, the director made it a point to tell the staff member that the child already got enough special privileges because she was a staff member's child and she couldn't honor the request of a feeding schedule change. If you care about the safety, security, and overall health of your children, you will stay far, far, far away.

  It was not an easy decision to make when deciding to send our first child to daycare, as most first time parents struggle with but I couldn’t be happier with our decision to enroll our daughter at Dogwood Kindercare. That have been so great from the beginning dealing with our craziness of new parents(think I called 5 times before she her first day) and have made us feel so comfortable with our decision! The whole staff is great and so caring and we get to see constant photos and updates of her all day through the app! Today when her teacher came to the front desk to get Charlotte we could see the true excitement in her teachers face that she was there and brought it to a whole other level. They are not just there to watch our daughter, but care for her, love her and help her grow.
