After having our son at another school for two years, my husband and I knew it was time for a change and choosing Primrose School at Edinburgh Commons was truly one of the best decisions we've ever made.
From the leadership team to every teacher my son has had, everyone has been incredibly kind, patient, and dedicated to creating a positive and nurturing learning environment. Since starting at Primrose, my son has gained so much confidence and has grown in ways we didn't see previously.
His teachers are amazing. Their care and commitment to his success mean everything to us. Knowing he is supported, encouraged, and valued by such caring people reassures us that he is exactly where he needs to be.
I want to extend a huge Thank You to everyone at Primrose who interacts with my son. The sense of community among the leaders, staff, and teachers is truly special, and it shows in everything they do. We are so grateful to have found such an amazing school and such a caring group of educators! <3

Choosing a daycare is one of the hardest decisions a parent can make, especially as first time parents. After having a difficult experience at another daycare, we were understandably nervous about making another change. Enrolling our little one at Primrose was one of the best decisions we've made.
From the very beginning, the directors and teachers have been welcoming, caring, and genuinely invested in our baby's well being. They took the time to learn his routines, listened to our concerns, and kept us updated throughout the day. As parents, that peace of mind is invaluable.
It's obvious that the teachers truly care about the children. Our little one is always greeted with smiles, and it's comforting to know he's in an environment where he's encouraged, cared for, and genuinely loved. We also appreciate the engaging activities, special events, and thoughtful touches that make each day fun for the children and memorable for their families.
One thing that has stood out the most is how receptive the staff is to feedback. Anytime we've had a question or concern, they've listened with kindness and worked with us as partners. That level of communication has made all the difference.
We're so grateful to everyone at Primrose for making this transition such a positive one for our family. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of our little one. We look forward to watching him continue to learn and grow there.

Primrose has been such a blessing to our family. The leadership team and teachers create a warm, structured, and positive learning environment. The teachers go above and beyond — they know each child individually and truly care about their development.
We’ve seen incredible growth in confidence, communication, and academic skills. The daily updates and open communication give us so much peace of mind.
Choosing Primrose was one of the best decisions we’ve made for our child, and we are so thankful for the amazing staff who love and care for them each day.

From the teachers to the front office staff and everyone in between has been amazing. Their willingness to collaborate and work to meet my child’s needs has been such a positive impact on not just my child but our family as well. My 3 yr old really loves being there and that makes me so happy to know he is so well cared for.

Proceed with caution, especially if you are a military family.
In September 2025, we paid $780 to be placed on the waitlist at Primrose School at Edinburgh Commons. We were told there was approximately a one-year waitlist, and we paid well in advance because my husband was projected to receive military relocation orders to Virginia in June 2026.
At the time of payment, we were not given a confirmed start date — only a waitlist placement. Months later, my husband’s proposed orders were unexpectedly canceled, something completely outside of our control as a military family.
Our child has never attended, never received a confirmed enrollment date, and no services were ever provided. Recently, we were contacted and told that in order to receive a start date, we would need to pay an additional week of tuition upfront to “confirm” enrollment — on top of the original waitlist/enrollment fee.
Despite explaining the cancellation of military orders and the fact that our child never attended or held a confirmed seat, we were told the initial $780 is strictly non-refundable.
Military families often deal with unexpected changes due to orders. Flexibility and understanding go a long way in communities with a strong military presence. Unfortunately, that was not our experience here.
Families should be fully aware that the waitlist fee is non-refundable under all circumstances, even if military relocation plans change and no services are ever used. While I understand the policy states non-refundable, situations outside of a military family’s control deserve at least some level of grace and compassion — and we did not experience that here.
