Trust me when I say they are expecting this review because of what happened. I registered my daughter thinking she will be attending a wonderful, professional and loving school later to figure out they are not wonderful, unprofessional and lack so much on the loving. I inquired about care for my 2yr old and 2 month old, signed a PRE ENROLLMENT PAPER and paid the $150 for the 2yr old 2 weeks prior to her starting. I was informed there was no availability for the 2 month old and that was ok. I kept in communication with Monica (Director) in regards to the 2 weeks payment in advance for care and told her I will make the payment prior to my daughter starting on 05/18 and she said ok. I had planned to come in Thursday (05/14) to sign another enrollment packet and submit documents but had to drive to the ER that day because my daughter had a medical emergency, Friday I went ahead and made the payment but I had to worked and Saturday I worked as well so only time to contact them was Monday which was also supposed to be the start date. I also told whoever I spoke to that my daughter had no problem with her shot records and I have it on hand. Come Monday I come in 1hr prior to my work shift starting thinking everything will go smoothly only to be told my daughter could not start today because they need time to get her file together (honestly it takes you 30 mins to type stuff up and make sure shots are all updated)so I said “I have all the documents what do you need” then monica proceeds to say “oh because you didn’t communicate Friday that you made payment for the 2 weeks in advance we gave the slot to a different kid” which made me want to laugh so hard because I paid the $150 for slot reservation/enrollment 2 weeks prior and made the payment last week Friday to pay off this whole month which means the kid is good to go so why are you telling me now you disregarded my payment and gave the slot to another kid. Then some “slick mouth person in the back decided to join the conversation and say oh the $150 is to secure your child’s spot” which I told her I made that payment and have proof I made the payment Friday at 4pm which was my lunch break. Monica turns around and says “oh yeah I see that now but unfortunately she can’t start til june 1st” so because they are complicated and I’m already annoyed I asked for a full refund back and said I no longer want my child to go there. Then 20 mins later I see I’m only getting a refund for $791 and not the $150 for enrollment as well, so I call and Monica turns around and says oh the $791 is including the $150 because we didn’t take in 2 month old remember, I said no that was $791 for 2 weeks of care and the $150 was enrollment, she proceeds to say “oh yeah ok we will process the refund for it as well” . So to conclude this now detailed and annoying post DON’T RECOMMEND them for care, they obviously just care about money and did not care to build a good relationship with you as a customer. I’m thankful in a way this happened because if that’s what I have to deal with what more what my child would have to deal with. So yes please if you are the owner of this place call me if you want to discuss the unprofessional behavior your staff had today I have all the time in the world since I had to stay home with my child and miss work and loose money.

Our family can't brag about Primrose enough. They have been a true treasure when our family needed them the most. They worked with us on getting our daughter in for care at a timely manner, answered all of my questions patiently and throughly. The teachers are wonderful with the our daughter and she loves going to school everyday! As an educator myself , I can't say enough about how pleased we are with the learning, cleanliness and caliber of great humans working here.

My family has been with Primrose since 2021, which was during the pandemic so it was an adjustment for my family moving to a new state and starting a new daycare. Through the virtual tour and the initial phone meeting, I was beyond impressed with their program and curriculum. I have spent a lot of time at Primrose getting to know the staff, their procedures and the passion for the kids. Within this time I have seen a strong leadership shift, giving a vivid understanding of what is expecting of the staff to maintain a safe and fun learning foundation for the kids grow socially and academically. My daughter was a rising Pre-K student when she started summer school and finished Kindergarten here. I was impressed with the open line of communication, the passion the teachers had for my daughter which made me even more at ease to enroll my son into their program as well. Both of my kiddos have surprised me numerous of times with their growth and knowledge while at Primrose. Leaving Primrose was hard for me and both of my kids, this was like our second home. But Primrose has made the transition easy and made sure both of my kiddos were ready for their next journey academically, emotionally and socially. I must say to many parent, being an advocate for you child is important, it makes it so much easier for an open line of communication with the front/office staff and your child's teachers. This has helped me navigate throughout their time at Primrose. I honestly would and always do recommend Primrose to parent.

There’s so many great things I can say about my experience at Primrose 8 years ago. Our son attended from ages 9 months until 4 years old. This center is the perfect balance between education and fun. The staff was always friendly and very patient. Which is important when working with young children. We are excited about our daughter getting the Primrose experience in the upcoming months. I cant wait to get the daily updates and pictures again! I would recommend this program to anyone.
