  Our son has been attending Kindercare for a few months now after having negative results with prior sitter in the past, we are extremely happy we made the switched to Kindercare. The staff & directors have been welcoming, knowledgeable, & caring to our sons and our needs/questions. We are extremely satisfied with the care our son has received. We love the constant updates & photos we get thru out the day. We also love that they do activities to keep it fun while they learn. We would recommend Kindercare to any parent.

  My son was about 2.5 when I sent him to this school.. he would cry hysterically every time we got to the door. I assumed he was just having a hard time adjusting to the new environment.. one day I got a call from the school right before the time I’d pick him up. The staff told me “my son was at the table having lunch outside and was playing and fell back and got a boo boo, but he’s doing fine” it just didn’t sound right to me so I hurried to go get him …. And his mouth was completely busted, his tooth went through his gum, and his top lip was HUGE! Once I got there they told 3 DIFFERENT stories & wouldn’t let me see any camera footage hence because the cameras “ keep rolling and do not save”. I wouldn’t recommend this place/franchise to ANYONE.

  After looking for child care for months I decided to give this place a try. I dropped my 3 year old son off at 9am and when I picked him up at 5pm he was soaked in his own urine all the way down to his socks. They say they take the kids to the bathroom every 2 hours but obviously no one payed my son any attention on his first day at school ever! I had high Hopes for this place but I highly recommend looking into other child care services. My son was traumatized and now he has mixed emotions about school. On his first day ever in school a teacher should of checked on him regularly. Also, they dont allow pacifiers! My son can not nap without his and they did not tell us this when we arrived and they took it from him. ( He gets great comfort from his pacifier) for the amount of money you pay for fulltime school, my son should of been taken care of much better and his needs should of been a priority and if they had questions they should of called me! Also when I picked him up, he was in a room with about 25 other kids ranging in age and there was only ONE teacher present. Not enough help for that amount of kids. I did not take my son back after his 1st day and I paid 325$ for ONE WEEK and was only refunded 26$. Smh. I will never recommend this place for anyone's child. Please do your research and suprise visits at daycares, looks can be deceiving.

  Both of my boys have been going to Rainbow for almost one year, and they love it. The staff is fantastic, they have developed wonderful relationships with the boys and have helped them learn and grow in a very positive environment. Couldn't be happier with them!

  To be honest, this daycare center showed potential but then things started to fall apart at the seams. It had gotten so bad to where my child refused to step foot in this center. The staffing issue had become so bad that the rooms were overcrowded with only one teacher per room. I never felt comfortable leaving my child but that was my only option because I had to work. There were numerous accounts where my child stated that teachers were very mean. Luckily we have finally found a center where my child is excited to leave my side and venture out with others. I am only posting this so that parents can be given a warning about the expectations of this daycare.
