We have had a wonderful experience with Primrose School of South Riding. Our children are academically and socially prepared for elementary school and come home happy and excited each day. The environment is clean, safe, and welcoming, and it’s clear the teachers truly love what they do.
Our daughter was more than ready for kindergarten thanks to Primrose’s strong curriculum, and her teacher even asked which preschool she attended during parent-teacher conferences. Our youngest has special needs, and the staff have gone above and beyond with communication and support, giving us great peace of mind. We cannot say enough about the warmth, dedication, and care shown by the entire staff.

Primrose South Riding location is the absolute best child care in the entire area. My daughter attended through their private kindergarten program and would keep going if they offered elementary grade levels! I was able to work and not have to worry at all. Not to mention they have an amazing chef, so I knew she was always eating healthy!

I cannot say enough great things about Primrose School of South Riding! My son has been attending this wonderful pre-K and kindergarten program for the past two years and it has been an absolute joy to see him thrive in such a nurturing and educational environment.
The staff at Primrose School of South Riding are simply amazing. From the moment we stepped into the school for our first tour, we were greeted with warmth and kindness. The teachers and staff genuinely care about the well-being and growth of each child, and it shows in everything they do. They are patient, understanding, and always willing to go above and beyond to ensure that each child feels safe, loved, and valued.
The curriculum at Primrose School of South Riding is top-notch. I have been so impressed with the level of education my son has received, and the way in which the teachers present the material in a fun and engaging way. From math and science to language arts and social studies, my son has learned so much and has developed a love for learning that I know will serve him well in the years to come.

You should do a better check on your record, as you told me you kept records up to 5 years. My daughter was enrolled for exactly one week at Primrose, South Riding location. When you find the record, check on your camera and you’ll see your staff handed me her diaper cream, sunscreen.. that were left in the front office for days, until I asked for it to bring to the teacher. I still have invoices for registration fee and one week tuition, no mistake on the school or how long she was there for. Your school didn’t provide the standard of care you promised. I don’t need to contact you to discuss anything. My child is in good care and happy with her new daycare now. This is a review from my experience with your school.
One week was enough for me to withdraw my daughter. They never cared to ask for the reason why I put in that request in order to improve their management.
- I filled out the required forms and gave a bag of sunscreen, diaper cream,.. to the front office when I enrolled my daughter. She started to have bad diaper rash from school and it continued to get worse, which made me wonder if the teacher applied any diaper cream for her at school. I asked her teacher and found out the front office people NEVER gave the bag to her teacher! The bag had been sitting under their front desk for days. No apology!
- I got told that my daughter had a light blood stain on her sheet and it could be from her nose/mouth. She was fine, but I figured that it could be from the tomato sauce she ate for lunch as the teacher reported she ate pasta. I told the teacher the next day about my thought and she said my daughter didn’t eat lunch so it couldn’t be the pasta sauce. ?? So did my daughter eat?
- Lack of activities. After a week, my daughter left with one art (a pumpkin that she painted). I only see pictures of reading books, dancing, and outdoor. My daughter went to The Goddard School after this and made ton of arts/crafts from their activities.
- Picture day was unorganized. Even if the pictures didn’t turn out nicely, I should still have an option to purchase or not. I never receive the envelope.
…
Many other issues. This is by far the worst daycare I’ve ever sent my child to.
